I’ve been coming to visit my dad here for years. Today I needed to go into the office and was just in a ball of emotions and Samantha really made everything a better experience for me. From helping me locate him to seeing how I can purchase a plaque, I felt in the right hands the entire time. Although this company has unreasonable policies, their staff provide poor customer service, and there is a lot of red tape with contracts, our counselor Samantha Price was very compassionate and went out of her way to help us resolve my grandmother’s headstone contract today. I am truly thankful that God put Samantha in our path 🙏🏻

Our family has had a devastating year, but with the kindness and compassion and above and beyond effort Debbie Camacho has shown our family, we have at least had the peace of having Debbie personally make sure the funeral and burial arrangements were taken care of in every details with such care and conscientiousness. Our mother passed away from a terrible illness and she helped me and my father prepare for her cremation and arrangements for her to be buried in the plot my parents had. Unexpectedly, my father passed away soon after my mother. I called Debbie immediately and she took the time to acknowledge the shock and devastation my sister and I were in, she of course remembered my father. She then devoted the time to us to make sure to we could prepare the headstone for both my mother and father, so that we could place the headstone for both my parents after my father's burial. This week, our grandmother passed away, and there was some confusion over the contract. We called Debbie immediately and she found the original contract and was able to verify my grandmother's plot and all the funeral arrangements that my uncles had made for my grandmother in advance of her passing. Had she not stepped in to find the information we needed, we would have had to cope with figuring all that out on the day my grandmother passed away. She sat there in person and answered both my elderly uncles' questions and patiently repeated things they did not understand. The next day she drove our family to confirm the plot for my grandmother and relieved everyone's concerns about where she would be buried. She helped my sister and purchase the plots in the same section as my parents and grandmother so our family plots would remain together. And, even earlier this year when my father's bother misplaced his own contract for his plot, I called Debbie and she was able to send us a copy for him so my uncle could make sure he had a copy for the family in case anything happened. There are no words to express not just the professionalism she has shown, but the sincere compassion and patience she has shown our family, especially me and my sister. In a year where we have lost our parents, our grandmother and an aunt, when we have been at a loss and barely able to hold it together, she's be full of grace and helped us navigate so much loss and made sure all these critical details were taken care of properly, working after hours and weekend with our family.
