AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland

The hotel was amazing. Very clean, professional and my wife and I had an amazing stay. We needed accommodation for something prior to coming and they helped us with no problem. Alexis at the front desk was the sweetest thing and so kind and willing to assist. We called down to get extra towels they were there in less than 5 minutes, loved that! The views were amazing and we loved that we were able to access the mall and able to go to dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in the mall later that night and had no problem getting back to the hotel I will stay here anytime I visit Miami! We booked here after a cruise and this was a great place to end our vacation book here trust me!

I absolutely loved my stay! Hotel is nice and modern, it has big free parking. It's next to shopping mall and connected by bridge to Macy's, but it remains calm and quiet. There is great pool area with cabanas and a lot of sun after 11 am. The room was clean, had nice view to the pool. There is European style rain shower in the room, I really enjoyed it. I will definitely come again.

Great hotel. Has spacious room with high ceilings on some floors. Feels grand. Pool is fantastic. They serve Starbucks coffee in the morning.

I had an opportunity to stay at the AC Hotel for a wedding, and my experience went above and beyond. The opportunity to be able to enjoy breakfast and then treat myself to an additional little Starbucks treat (due to the connecting bridge to the mall) was my favorite part. The staff members were kind and professional. After a personal issue, the night desk clerk, Nicki, went above and beyond to not only comfort me, but provided me with small little extras in order to further take care of myself. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of you, and that is very important.

Along with this, the location of the hotel is convenient and near a lot of opportunity to shop and eat.

I've stayed at The Miami AC Dadeland several times now and one of the reasons I love coming back is the bartender Joscelyn. She is very professional and makes excellent drinks. She also always remembers my name and my family members!!!! I've seen her at the end of her shift cleaning the bar until it is spotless. I have watched her even dehydrate the fruit that she puts in the drinks!! Amazing bartender!!!!

Josecelyn is amazing. She had great attention to detail for multiple nights. She ran the entire bar each night and she was really attentive and quite peasant. She had an amazing temperament. I felt like part of the family. An Amazingly hard worker. What a great ambassador for the Marriott brand. She is really awesome. If you’re visiting the area and you are loyal to the Marriott brand - You have to come here.

I am staying at the AC Hotel on a business trip, and I have my family with me. The company paid for a room with one bed, but we were able to get changed to a bed with two beds for the family to be more comfortable. Felipe and management did an amazing job at accommodating our stay. Thank you!

After returning home to North Georgia, I realized I left something in my hotel room. In a panic, I called the hotel and was told they had the item and I could send a shipping label for them to send me the item. I was so happy! Immediately sent them a shipping label, that I’d added tracking on. A week later, nothing. Item had not been shipped, no response from the email I’d sent with the shipping label. So I called back worried that a week later they’d no longer have my item. When I called Manny answered the phone. I’m so glad he did! I explained the situation and how important this item is and he immediately took action. He located the item and confirmed he had the email with the shipping label as well. I was so relieved. Manny called me back to inform that he’d packaged up the item and it was waiting on the UPS driver and he’d make sure it went out the same day. Manny was amazing and his service was top notch. This 5 star review is for him!

Great stay in early March 2023. Check in location is convenient pull-up and was smooth. Free parking on third floor of garage leads you to second floor of hotel and bridge to mall. Lounge & pool also right there. Pool too small for laps but good for cool off. Room was modern with two queen beds. Quiet and clean. Bathroom has sliding opaque glass door which doesn’t fully block view and doesn’t contain sounds. We stayed with older daughter so it was a bit awkward. Would recommend they improve this. Otherwise bathroom was spacious and had dual shower heads. Fridge and coffee maker in room. Staff all were very polite - even in hallways, elevator. Last morning of stay, we had an issue with rude front desk via phone and then failure to deliver tea bags we asked for. Not a nice ending, but I’d still recommend this hotel and stay here again.

Soooo... I had the misfortune to lose a home I was to lease and needed a hotel to stay for the week. BUT.... I am so glad I found the AC here at Dadeland!!! I have had the best experience from the first call looking for availability after midnight reaching William at the front desk. He got me in quickly and at a great rate, So welcoming when I arrived, What a great spirit of kindness and going the extra mile to accommodate.
The rest of the front desk team has been amazing as well, I apologize I didnt get all their names.
Next and probably the best is Jocelyn at the 2nd floor pool bar. So professional and personable with over delivering in client service as an obvious norm for her. She calls this her home with so much heart!! What a blessing this experience has been, and do I dare finalize this review without mentioning the housekeeping staff? No way!!! My room has been serviced perfectly and the rest of the property is super clean as well. Huge thanks to everyone here that contributes to this lovely experience! Thank You!!!!

This review is LONG overdue. The AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Dadeland is our corporate hotel. I probably stay at the hotel at least 40-50 nights a year when traveling through Miami. But I can tell you... even when I am on personal travel, the AC is still my first choice. Why? You have never met a friendlier, more attentive, hotel team. The rooms are perfectly appointed for a business hotel yet still have many amenities that you'd expect from a resort (pool side cabanas and a well-equipped fitness centre). Be sure to check out the Casper rooms on the second floor. I didn't know what a good night's sleep was until I was lucky enough to experience these upgrade rooms!

Joscelyn was outstanding. If I lived here I’d be recruiting her. Instead, I’m happy to book here again - she’s makes it a good experience. She’s personable, efficient, kind. Thank you for the hospitality!

We’ve stayed here a few times and it is a great hotel in a good location. It is directly connected to the mall so if you have time to shop there’s that. Plenty of parking and a nice vibe overall. The pool area with cabanas is relaxing and the bar with lounge area is a nice place to be. The beds are soft, the rooms are clean and the bathroom is nice. For the price we will continue to stay here when we need to.

I would give this hotel 4.5/5.0 Overall it was very good, not a lot of outside road noise, mild to none interior noise but sometime that's inevitable due to other inconsiderate guests.
For us where it felt short, it was the shower in our room, we feel like the adjustment knob for hot & cold was very sensitive where you can't reach that desired temperature, the cleanliness of the bathroom wasn't great and the room could have used more than 2 towels since I book it for my wife & my 7-yr old. Aside from these flaws I would def recommend this hotel to anyone.

Originally booked with another Marriott property that had no working ac in the room. Ended up at the AC Dadeland and like their name they had great working ice cold AC! Woo! Check in was easy and seamless. We had a great stay, beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Would stay again!

This is our 2nd stay at this property and both times have been wonderful. This time around we spent our evenings at the hotel bar and our service was superb! Joscelyn was amazing. Her attention to detail not only to her drinks but to her customers was amazing! She remembered our drinks after one night at the bar. We are frequent visitors to Miami and plan to continue to book at the hotel. Location and customer service are exactly what we look for. Rooms are clean, lobby and gym are awesome and the roof top pool/bar are great amenities in the Kendall area.

As a UM parent I have stayed at probably 10 different Marriott properities throughout the years from the Ritz in CG to courtyards in Dadeland, and all have been good. But I have to say we had the most fun here... I love the location right next to the mall with easy no charge, abundant parking, access to great Restaurants (EARL's was great) and ChickFila for kids last minute. But the hotel is great, their rooftop pool is fun and lively with pass through modern bar and nice menu. Breakfast was European style and lovely each morning. But what really knocks this location out of the park? THE STAFF, honestly 5 star attention. Always friendly and helpful and they make you feel appreciated that you chose them....rare in today's age. Adrianna in particular was able to answer my questions and resolve my Folio questions with the utmost patience and kindness. Again, this is a great choice for UM parents, only 5-10 minutes from school and so fun to be close to mall. Thank you everyone at this hotel for making our family's graduation 3 night stay so memorable.

Eduardo and Tawnia checked me in and ensured that I was well taken care of. They found out I was celebrating my birthday and went out of their way to make my trip special. I really appreciate them going above and beyond to ensure my stay was excellent.

My favorite part of staying here was being so close to the mall, which gave tons of great dining options. I also loved that parking was free.

Bed was so comfortable. Drinks from the AC lounge were terrific. I can't wait to visit again on my next trip to Miami

This hotel it is in a great location, right next to the mall, free parking with direct access to the hotel. It is close to all restaurants within the mall. The rooms are great, pool and bar on the second floor. I definitely will stay here again.
