Advance Auto Parts

This past weekend, the sunroof on my Jeep Renegade decided it wasn't going to close. We stopped at Advance Auto Parts hoping for a solution that would keep us from having to take the car in to the dealership. Miguel and Joshua took the time to listen to the problem, offered suggestions, and then looked at the car in an attempt to figure out what was wrong. One can of lubricant later and they were able to close the sunroof. I can't begin to express what a relief this was and how pleased we were with the exceptional customer service we received. They both went above and beyond what I ever expected and I'm extremely grateful for their help.

I came to this location today because my gf was having battery issues. Jean took great care of us and switched out the batteries and got us on our way! 5 Star Service no question!

I just broke my foot and I placed an order for some new windshield wipers. I came a little later than the pickup deadline because I was dealing with my situation but I called the store for curbside pickup and the woman I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful and she informed me they still had my order. I only waited about 5 mins, and they sent out Jonathan to install my new wipers. He was so wonderful and generous and I definitely plan on returning to this store should I need any new parts or services.

Always friendly & very helpful.
You can purchase an auto battery online, then they will install it for you upon arrival. So that works out nicely when your day starts out rough..haha
-They always have fair prices for DIY oil changes, and you can even drop your old oil off for recycle. Thanks.

Very helpful staff, specially helpful during pre hurricane preparations! Since then, they have checked my battery, replaced my windshield wipers and replaced my battery. They are always ready to make the right recommendation. Overall a great place to get help with your car. In stock parts for makes and models. And you c'mon dying accessories for your car.

The guy there was so helpful and nice! I wanted to give them a 5 star because they deserve it.

I have been going here all my life, they usually have what I am looking for right there in-store. Never an unhelpful parts person there, so I always get the right part.
