Eric Thomas was the calm after the storm. His team helped us after Hurricane Ian and he went above and beyond. Eric always answered the phone and was able to talk to us regularly to strategize about the steps needed to ensure our claim was handled properly.

We hired Claim Concepts after Hurricane Ian hit Port Charlotte. Our neighbor used this firm after Charlie hit in 2005 and held them in high regard. When Jesse and Eric came to our home they found damages that we nor the Insurance Adjuster had written up. The insurance adjuster identified $20K in damages. Claim Concepts number was much higher, we paid out $100K in out of pocket expenses. We finally settled for $85K after our deductable with attorney representation, the attorney was referred to us by Claim Concepts.

Claim Concepts/Greg did a great job. They were fast, very easy to work with and helped us get all the money that we thought we should receive, even though the insurance company was not very cooperative or responsive.

Definitely agree with others' comments here. Greg at Claim Concepts is an honest broker. He is not just friendly and reliable-- he is also knowledgeable and hard-working. Even after Greg recognized there was not a "big job" at our home, he spent a lot of time helping us get a complex issue sorted out with our insurance company. Claim Concepts are good people.

My house caught on fire in late March 2019. Initially I tried to deal with insurance adjuster myself but it quickly became too much work for me to handle.

Fortunately, my boss was in a similar situation and highly recommended me to talk to Claim Concepts. I contacted Greg Roover (the owner), we had a great conversation and contracted CC to be my public adjuster. I met with Eric Thomas (one of Greg’s associates, super friendly and professional) the next day to previewed my burnt house and went over logistic.

Great experience working with Greg at Claim Concepts. Insurance company originally paid me $1400 and after getting Claim Concepts involved we recovered an additional $21,500! My only regret is not hiring them sooner as once they got involved I was relieved of all the stress of dealing with the insurance company and clearly they knew exactly what to do. We chose Claim Concepts because of their outstanding credentials and experience, and we were not disappointed. I have done a few claims with insurance companies over the years. It's never easy and the insurance company goes in with the upper hand because they do that all day every day. Well we had a claim started and we were made an offer by the insurance company which I thought was a little bit low. I started by doing an internet search for an attorney but they wanted way too high of a % or they just weren't interested. Along the way I came across Claim Concepts and researched a little more about public adjusters. The insurance company sends an adjuster to represent their best interests and so I figured I would give them a shot at representing my best interests like the insurance company had. Since I had already been offered an amount and the insurance company had already cut a check with final payment on it, it would give me a very good idea of whether or not hiring a public adjuster was beneficial or not. In conclusion, Claim Concepts took over the claim and kept me very much in the loop with emails telling me exactly what was going on and where we were in the process. They were very nice and had it ended there and Claim Concepts were not able to get me any more money I would have been satisfied because I knew they had tried every angle to try and get us the money we were owed. Claim Concepts was able to get more than 6 times the amount the insurance company had sent a check for. So, now I am a believer. Not just in a public adjusters, but Claim Concepts public adjusters. Claim Concepts truly saved me with a recent insurance claim. Without their assistance I would have had to come out of pocket A TON for repairs that insurance initially denied and later ended up covering. Jesse and Greg were such a pleasure to work with; although, "work with" is an over exaggeration as I just sat back while everyone at Claim Concepts took care of absolutely everything with my claim.
