Great Store! Ordered a dozen items, and they were good quality at a good price, and fast shipping especially at Christmas. They missed shipping one small item, and when I advised them they immediately shipped it out with apology. Great customer service!! I will definitely shop with them again.

Excellent customer service. They initially shipped a leaking vase. The friendly staff quickly arranged a replacement. Very responsive to emails.

Love Wilford and Lee but the experience I had at the Naples store was not good. Looking for a particular item the 2 ladies working said they could not check with Bonita or Ft Myers stores I had to call myself. I did and both stores were very nice the lady at Ft Myers put me on hold and came back to say we have what you want so I drove there that afternoon.

I recently visited the store (Ft Meyers) for the first time ever after finding it online while searching for home decor. I’ve already been back since then! The store is extremely organized, coordinated by color, and offers a wide selection of beautiful items. Their prices are reasonable and very competitive when compared to other stores. The only issue I had was with one of the employees who was working both times I visited. She is absolutely not helpful and totally unfriendly. All of the other employees were extremely helpful and very friendly so I’m giving a 5 star review because overall I had a great experience and will definitely return.

Wow the selection was out of this world. I went with my wife and I think I had more fun in the store then she did. We bought a lot of things for our new house there. We both really enjoyed shopping there. The customer service was also great. Sue helped us a lot. We will be back in the near future.

They have the MOST Beautiful Home decor and Art pieces that I have yet to see!! unlike all these other commercial stores that carry the same items!!
