Great hotel! Rooms are big, clean and super comfortable. Front desk is very nice, our check in and check out were fast and easy. The only issue was that they don’t have towels at the pool, but if you go to front desk they will provide them to you.
Free parking which is a plus!
And great service at the breakfast restaurant from Flor.
Amanda always made sure we were having a good time! Great job guys. Hope to come back soon.

We arrived at the DoubleTree after a full day of walking and driving around Miami, so we were both pretty tired. The check in line was a little long, but the employees were going quickly. Once we got our room key and COOKIES, the room we were on was very quiet which was nice after a long day of being out in traffic/around people.
Their workout facility is nice, they even have a Peloton bike. Unfortunately I had to do a quick workout on the day we checked out and couldn't get the seat adjusted so I didn't get to use it.
Overall, I'd recommend this hotel for anyone planning a trip.

After an extremely weary day of traveling, the Double Tree Hilton was an absolute oasis. From the second we walked through the doors we were treated to luxury, comfort and COOKIES!!! Rooms were pristine and the service was warm and welcoming. We never slept so soundly!!! We were so impressed with the facilities and friendliness of staff. Our family will most definitely be sure to book Hilton in the future, and I very highly recommend the Double Tree Miami Doral to everyone!!!

The room was nice, clean, neat, 4 spaces of drawer, 2x2 closet, walk in shower with handicap seat added in. The staff was super nice and welcoming, the AC in the room cooled all the way down to 60.

My only negative review is breakfast is extremely expensive and NOT worth it. Buffet breakfast with minimal options, $27 per person.

I really love the hotel! The staff in the front desk whose name is Giancarlo provided 10 out of 10 service. He is such a thoughtful and caring person.

Also another thing that the hotel makes our trip even more wonderful is it’s with free parking!!!

This is by far one of the best DoubleTree by Hilton that I have ever stayed at. The customer service and cleanliness of the inside and even the parking lot exterior of the hotel, you name it. It is spotless. They are friendly. They are helpful everything you can ask for in a hotel. Clean spacious rooms, everything smells good hallways, elevators it is most definitely, my favorite DoubleTree by Hilton and every visit to Miami I will stay at this location, hands down the best.
There is only one thing I would ask of this hotel to fix the consistency of the water pressure in the shower and the temperature of the water in the shower. It is consistently fluctuating. Get a professional plumber to take a look at this. Sometimes, the water gets super hot. It's so hot that you have to jump back and look at your skin to make sure you didn't get burned.

A very nice hotel that is close to the airport and shopping. Clean room with with a very comfortable bed. The staff was helpful and accommodating.

Hilton hotels hold a high reputation in the hotel industry and if you’ve ever stayed at one of the hotels you can clearly understand why. They make your stay feel like home. They have thought a lot about how to make sure you have the best homelike experience there is. This hotel was no exception. Their customer service is excellent, of course nothing is perfect, but they do make sure to correct any mistakes on their end as quickly as possible. I liked this hotel a lot, it’s beautiful, great food quality and great customer service. I strongly recommend you try it, I 🫶🏻♥it.

Amazing service by Giancarlo! Was very sweet and welcoming from the getco, so so helpful and made sure we had all the right accommodations for the night. Service was incredible and will definitely be coming back again!

The stay here was great ! The room was very clean and the service from the employees was top notch ! The food was also great :) very satisfied with this stay.

Check in was easy. You will need to provide an ID to confirm the name on the reservation and credit card that was used. The hotel is very beautiful and clean. The room was well maintained and clean. Very comfortable setting and free parking. The parking lot is well lit. Oh! I almost forgot, you get a warm complimentary cookie. Highly recommend!

After staying at other hotels and comparing to this one I have to give this hotel 5 stars. The staff is friendly the rooms are very clean the food was wonderful and a wide variety of breakfast items. The prime location directly across the street from the mall a truly think this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at Miami and I look forward to staying there again after trying other hotels and being disappointed every time I certainly will make sure that this is my destination whenever I come to Miami if you like 5 star treatment this is the hotel for you very clean modern spacious sleek and the rooms do look exactly as they appear on the website.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We were greeted with friendliness and professionalism. Very pleased with our stay as their service was also exceptional.

We had a great experience staying here. Although a short stay of 2 nights, staff was friendly, willing to help and offered us warm cookies. The building and room were very clean. Breakfast great, and the restaurant staff was very helpful and willing. My 5 y/o accidentally locked his baseball in the room safe and within the 5 mins of us calling the front desk, maintenance was at our door to help. Thank you to everyone and management.

This hotel is in a great location. There are several restaurants and the malls nearby. The nice and professional staff made this stay even better. The restaurant inside the hotel has good for and drinks. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. The suite is spacious. Check in was smooth and easy through the Hilton Honors App. I will return here again.

Customer service was excellent. The room was clean and all services were available. The mini fridge wasn't cooling and they immediately brought another. The hotel is beautiful and well kept. The restaurant staff was extremely accommodating to Muslims. Overall great experience. I would definitely rebook in the future.
