A few years ago, went to Norris Furniture in Naples. We were not impressed with the designer we met there. We then went to Norris in Fort Myers and had the pleasure of meeting Angela. She listened to us and was spot on in her recommendations. We purchased the items and love, love, love the way they look in our home. Recently, we were in need of side chairs and contacted Angela and again. She did not disappoint. Angela in very professional, a good listener and best of all, has wonderful taste. She deserves more than 5 stars!!!

I highly recommend this 5 star furniture store!! I’ve shopped at many other local furniture stores, and in my opinion, Norris outranks them all with quality, selection, and excellent customer service! My salesperson was Meghan Quigley and she was an absolute saint to work with! She kept me updated throughout the entire process and is super friendly and professional. I also have to say that from the time my husband and I entered the store, we weren’t “attacked” by salespeople like some stores do. It was a no pressure, haggle-free process. Shop at Norris! You’ll be happy you did!

Our Norris decorator, Meghan Quigley has done a superb job of putting together our new home. We knew Norris offered quality furniture and we knew what style furniture we liked, but didn’t know how to incorporate the pieces in a visually pleasing, tasteful manner. Meghan was wonderful to work with and we can thank her for giving us the home of our dreams!

Kat Fisher has been helping us for a few years now. We are so happy with the results, and Kat is wonderful to work with - great ideas, excellent customer service, prompt follow up, great listener. We told her what we wanted and she delivered exactly what we requested. Furniture, art work, fabrics, wallpaper - we were thrilled with everything, and it all came in faster than we thought it would. We highly recommend Kat for your interior design! We work with Kat out of the Fort Myers Norris store.

I enjoyed Madeline's friendly and helpful attitude. We hit it off immediately. I was hoping to redo my living room and replace everything. I had never worked with a designer before to help plan and coordinate the look I wanted, so it was new to me. Madeline was very helpful and kept reminding me that it is a process, and to have fun with it, she encouraged me in this. She helped empower me to move forward. Thank you Madeline!

We have been thrilled with Norris furniture. Our salesperson is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few special order items and she helped us through the process. Special orders can take an extended amount of time, but Meghan would continually give us updates. We’ve ordered upholstered furniture, dining table set, customs headboard and bedroom set along with another custom piece. Meghan has been prompt, helpful (without being overbearing) and simply delightful. Can’t wait to move into our new home with all our new furniture!!! Thanks Meghan!!

Meghan was awesome! She showed great design expertise and helped me to realize my vision for the decor in my new dining room. She was knowledgeable about additional pieces of the collection which complimented the room. The process was stress free and enjoyable. My furniture arrived when Meghan promised and the white glove delivery was perfect.

Tamera helped us fully furnish our new home, working to select in-stock and available items in very short timeframe. She created a plan that beautifully captured our vision, kept us updated throughout the process and came to the house to oversee the delivery and setup. Thank you Tamera!

We enjoyed our first visit to Norris furniture in Fort Myers very much. The store is beautiful and welcoming. We were fortunate enough to be paired with Meghan Quigley as our sales consultant. She was knowledgable and friendly. She let us ask a million questions without getting frustrated with us! She made the whole process of buying a Stressless recliner an enjoyable and stressless experience. Make sure you ask for Meghan when you visit!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Angela. She was very helpful, friendly and informative. She was able to look at a picture of our space and recommend a rug that will be perfect! Overall, the store was clean and well organized. The staff was friendly but not overwhelming as we often have experienced in other furniture stores. We highly recommend Norris Furniture and will definitely be back in the future!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Katt Fisher at Norris Furniture in Fort Myers. We had been to several stores in the area “looking“ for furniture for our seasonal home that should be completed by the end of the year. Honestly, we were becoming a bit overwhelmed as to where to begin. Katt introduced herself as we wandered the show room at Noris and we instantly connected. I told her our situation and she immediately began to tell us how she could help. She then proceeded to walk us around the store and ask lots of questions to determine our style and what was important to us. She said give me about a week and I’ll pull a design board together for you with furniture pieces, fabrics etc. About a week later, she called and said I’m ready for you. When we saw what she a pulled together for us, we were blown away by her talent and eye for design. She has been fabulous to work with. We continue to hear from her as she sees items that could work with all of our pieces currently on order. We highly recommend Katt and Norris Furniture and look forward to working with her on future design projects.

I would recommend anyone shopping at Norris in Ft. Myers to ask for Angela DiFranceisco; She is absolutely wonderful to work with! A true asset to the Norris team.

We have relied on Norris for 10 years to assist us in furnishing and decorating our home. This time we needed to update our family room. Tamera is wonderfully talented. She was so helpful in her suggestions and we loved her selections. I would not hesitate to recommend her and Norris to anyone.

Today my wife and I had the pleasure of purchasing a bed at Norris. Our sales associate was Gary, a total professional. He took the time to show us everything we wanted, answered all of our questions and had us trying quite a few mattresses so we could make a smart decision. No sales pressure and no rushing us at all just to make a sale. We'll be needing more furniture at the house after we finish renovations and we will be returning.

So it's now a day and a half after our purchase the new bed has arrived and we couldn't be more pleased. The set up was quick with only one minor adjustment to the height of the bed, our choice. This is another 5 star review. Thanks again Norris furniture.

My wife and I visited Norris Furniture to furnish our new condo in Naples. We met Katt and Diane and with their professional and thoughtful assistance we accomplished our mission perfectly. They are skilled and considerate. The follow through made us feel relaxed. They even offered to assist in the delivery and placing of everything. This is an awesome experience.

Renata was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable and informative about all the items of furniture that we were interested in. Renata never pushed or rushed us into buying. She answered all our questions and made sure the furniture would fit in the rooms we were purchasing it for. So very happy that we met Renata and we can’t wait to see the new furniture in our home!

My girlfriend and I are extremely please with our experience. We were fortunate to have met Melissa Alexander, one of your design consultants. She provided excellent assistance and at times guidance selecting our great room, bedroom and cafe furniture. We are depending on her to help us with the patio and bonus room. Melissa has been attentive,patient, polite and professional in her dealings with us. We are still in need of her expertise for the rest of the house.

I found out less than a week prior to closing on my new home that bedroom furniture I had in storage suffered water damage. I have been working with a decorator and stopped in at Norris because it was the only furniture store I had not scoured for a bargain to replace guest room bedroom furniture. I was warmly greeted at the entrance and directed upstairs where I would most likely find furniture in my price range. Halfway up the steps I intersected with a bundle of pure enthusiasm: Amanda Atkins. I apologized that I was on a very short timeframe prior to the final walk-through of my new home. Undaunted, Amanda guided me through the showroom and explained the current sale process. In less than half an hour Amanda grasped my needs both for style and monetary resources. Later that afternoon I received a floor plan of the bedroom, pricing on the Hooker furniture I had seen at another store, and several more suggestions. Amanda kept in contact with me while I dealt with insurance and my decorator. I want to add professionalism and graciousness to my list of accolades because, in the end, I placed an order through my decorator to maximize delivery and set up. Amanda understood and explained the upcoming sales for September that could accommodate accessories, etc. Now that I will be residing in Bonita Springs I will definitely frequent Norris and keep in contact with Amanda. Norris Furniture is fortunate to have an employee that represents them at the highest level.

We have bought from several furniture stores in Fort Myers and Bonita SpRings but Norris is number 1 based on selection, sales support and the delivery experience. Melissa Alexander was very helpful in selecting and ordering our new sofa. It is perfect for our space; everything we were looking for. Delivery was a little tricky because of a hallway between the front door and the living room. Jerald andcStar were experts! They walked it right in and knew just how to turn it. Not a mark on any wall. I don’t care how nice the store is, without expert delivery, what good is it? Norris has it all. Footnote: we just had an issue with our sofa. I sent Melissa a picture of the problem. The next day David Norris called to assure us that they would handle it. Service people came and took a cushion cover that needed a new zipper on Wednesday. Friday morning the phone rang and it was Jose Ortiz, the service person. He had the cover and wanted to reinstall it on his way into work so we would not have to wait for scheduling! Blown away by his thoughtful service.
