Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall

I get nervous about traveling to large cities because it’s difficult to find a clean hotel room at reasonable prices.
I picked this hotel because of good reviews and also the location which worked out perfect pre-cruise.
The room was impeccably clean and I mean everything was super clean. I checked under the mattresses, inside drawers, toilet very carefully as I always do with every stay at a hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and comfortable it was.
We had a great night of sleep after 2 days on the road. Hotel is literally located right next to an outdoor mall. Although we haven’t had a chance to do much in the area, we’re glad to have found a place in Miami where we will return to stay in our future cruise vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The folks at the desk were friendly. Louis, the maitanence man, was helpful with the key operated elevator. He showed us how to use our key and walked us to our room on the 10th floor! Good timing...he saw us having trouble and intervened quickly. What a nice guy.
Later. We had dinner at your restaurant and was very impressed with the food!
So good! The lava cake was fabulous.

Great hotel to stay at - service is great, location next to the mall is convenient, not too far from the airport. Amenities are also great with a gym (free weights, cable, cardio machines), pool, billiards table, continental breakfast included. Very clean building, staff is amicable. Parking can be a bit limiting at times.

Love this hotel, it's super clean, quiet, new, modern. Locates right next to the Dolphin Mall, not a far drive to the MIA. Free parking, a lot of space available.

It also attaches to another hotel Homewood Suites, who offers free hot breakfast. But Hilton doesn't include breakfast.

Unfortunately the rooms were all booked but two young men at the desk,Junior and Justin that I feel went out of their way andoffered to check availability at nearby hotels and found us a great one, Home 2 Suites. After checking in we went back to their restaurant and we're waited on by a delightful waitress named Gina. She was very sweet and attentive. My wife had shrimp fettuccine which she said was one of the best she's ever had. I had meatballs from the bar bites menu with homemade marinara that were excellent as well.

The building houses, both Homewood suites, and the Hilton Garden Inn. Plenty of parking and close to the mall. We walked over to the cheesecake factory and did a little shopping.

Family vacation great location from shopping. We only stayed one night because we had to catch the ship for cruise. We did all the shopping we could in one day.

I recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Dolphin Mall, and I must say, the location couldn't be more convenient for shopping at Dolphin Mall and exploring MMX. The hotel is situated perfectly for anyone looking to enjoy these attractions.

The rooms were impressively clean and well-kept, providing a comfortable stay. While my experience was generally positive, I believe the overall experience could have been enhanced if the staff were a bit more supportive and pleasant.

Nonetheless, the hotel's prime location and cleanliness make it a good choice for anyone visiting the area. I appreciated the convenience and comfort during my stay.

My new go to hotel in south Florida. Great Location, staff was welcoming, although interactions were not necessary. The room (including the bathroom) was very spacious and clean. The lobby and all other general facilities were modern and well kept.

One of my favorite hotels when I’m in Miami. It’s a short walk to the Dolphin Mall, and the restaurant is tasty and keeps me from traveling out to other restaurants.

Hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, the food is good and the location is great! Just across the street from Dolphin Mall.

I was there for a workshop of several days. The hotel is very clean and comfortable at very reasonable rates. And the catering is just outstanding: delicious food and the most helpful and warm staff I ever met at such a place.

The person who welcomed me at the front desk was very warm and helpful. The room was very clean and smelled clean as well, which was a nice touch. The bed was extremely comfortable and the thermostat was set to a comfortable temperature. All in all, I had a great night’s sleep and had a good (and reasonably priced) breakfast in the morning before check out.

Wish i had more time at this place. Only spent 1 nite. Ended up here when my flight was cancelled and airline put me up. Got there late evening. Bar was buzzing and vibe was great but i was too tired to participate. Room was really nice, clean and hi-end. Will def be back!

We were on the 11th floor. I enjoyed myself. Only problems I had was before arriving it took 4 times calling before anyone answered. After arriving, wasn’t greeted as a gold member (I’ve worked for Hampton & Hilton an I know we had to thank the member for being a gold or diamond member) nothing was explained as far as the food credit went, or that you had to use your key in the hotel in order to go to your floor. That definitely would have helped. Minus those things my husband an I actually enjoyed ourselves. We were there for our 1 yr wedding anniversary!

An amazing experience! Hotel Staff (Front Desk & Breakfast Staff) was just incredible and sought to satisfy us like we were some sort of royalty! They quickly walked to gather us anything we needed before our breakfast got less hot or warm! The front desk was really quick in having us get three additional towels in less than five (5) minutes after calling the front desk at 8:00pm in the evening! The cleaning personnel shows that they are there to make my family feel safe and bathroom was like new and fixtures shined better than our own home! Amazing hotel and staff.

I would like to say as a long standing diamond member I’ve stayed at a lot of Hilton properties and this by far has the best hospitality I’ve seen yes the rooms are a little dated but they are clean and maintained the thing that really made me appreciate this hotel is the customer service it was out of this world I was greeted with a smile and it was genuine like I said I’ve stayed at a lot of hiltons but they can take notes on hospitality from this one for sure they really made me feel like I was a diamond member and family the manager needs to be commended and the staff needs to be commended cause this is how you are supposed to be treated at a hotel establishment if I could give more stars I would thanks Hilton
