NAPA Auto Parts - Persons Auto Parts

I went here for the first time and it looks to be a serious auto parts store. They seem to have more selection tha the auto zone and advanced. The personnel also are experienced. I will be going here as my first choice in the future.

These folks here at Napa are great. They're always friendly and willing to help. Doesn't matter your skill set level when working on your vehicle. They understand and always are willing to help you make the right decision.

I was looking for wheel stud and while other parts stores said there was no way to match the broken ond I had, NAPA took the time to measure mine and matched it with one they had in stock. Trailer back in service same day.

I had a great experience today at this store today. I think his name was Bob-super helpful and friendly. St. Cloud native. Definitely considering going here again instead of other auto parts stores. Napa car batteries have treated me well

Great service! Great parts! Easy to go in and get what ya need and get out. This is the only place in town that has little bits and pieces for your build like nuts and bolts that are well organized and easy to find. Very knowledgeable staff that have been there awhile and dont mind helping if ya have some technical questions. I normally go see Jimmy or Kevin for my parts needs!

Last time I was there I needed some very specific lug nuts for some after market wheels on my truck. Kevin was more than happy to help and I got what I needed. Thanks guys!

Worst customer service ever, if Lynn is not there to help you ... LEAVE, and don't come back until he works again. He is the *only* helpful and educated person employed by this company. Everyone else is argumentative, condescending and just plain R U D E

The other parts stores in St. Cloud just dont have the depth of knowlege that NAPA guys do. if you want chrome windshield wipers for you 98 Honda civic go to autozone. If you want quality parts and people who know what their doing go to NAPA
