Courtyard by Marriott Miami at Dolphin Mall

We had a great stay at this Courtyard. It's convenient to so many things - of course the mall, but also just a few minutes from the airport, and right at the intersection of a few different expressways so whether you're traveling north, east, or west from here - there's an easy route to hop on a main road without having to navigate too many lights.
The front desk staff was very friendly and the check in process was easy.
The hotel is a little older, you can tell it hasn't been renovated in a while, but that didn't impact our stay. The hotel room was a nice size, clean with a good set up and everything worked as it should.

I booked this hotel because I couldn't get anything closer to the port of Miami that was reasonably priced. Well, I definitely recommend this hotel as a first choice when cruising out of the Port of Miami. It basically shares the parking lot with the Dolphin Mall, which has lots of shopping and restaurants. It even has a Johnny Rockets

I recently stayed this hote for a short getaway. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service I had even before I stepped foot into the hotel with messages back-and-forth about early check in and extended time in the room, due to my late flight. I was greeted with a very friendly guy who was young and he was so amazing. My plane arrived early and he allowed me to check in three hours early at no charge. Then he offered me complementary water, which is rare in hotels these days. The Marriott also allowed me to stay in my room until 4 PM because I had a late night flight. They couldn’t allow any longer without making me pay for a whole night stay but they prorated it for me and I felt the price was fair. While I was there, everyone was over the top friendly. Everyone had smiles and pleasantries, and everyone engaged well. As much as hotels cost (though this was actually reasonable) customer service is often poor. I am pleased to say that they hit every mark at this hotel with customer service. The only complaint I could find is there was some rust in the bathroom by the tub and the floor and the room was a little outdated, but that happens. In spite of that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and it was a quiet area. The customer service was second to none. I would definitely stay here again just because of how amazing the customer service was. In addition, it’s located right next to one of the big malls and there are a lot of food options, drink options and options for shopping close by. The location is about 25 minutes from the downtown area which for some will be a deterrent but for me, it was perfect. I just easily lifted or Ubered downtown and it was no different than Uber in any other city. I appreciated their detail to my needs ,remembering my needs from our messages and the fact that they constantly asked me if I needed something when they saw me. I don’t usually have housekeeping coming in my room often because I like to sleep late but whenever I came out of my room, I was always asked if there was something I needed and if I needed something it was brought to my room promptly. it’s hard to give hotels these kind of praises these days, so I made a special effort to make sure I gave this review. Thank you guys for making my late Februarystay in Miami so amazing.

Rooms are a bit small but still have all the necessities. Staff is super helpful. Location is great. Dolphin Mall is a short walk away and a lot of other amenities are close by.

The location is great with lots of shopping and restaurants just a stone’s throw at Dolphin Mall.
The room was very spacious, clean and updated. It was also very quiet and the blackout drapes and comfortable bed allowed for a nice sleep in and restful night.
The front desk staff was very professional, courteous and friendly. Eduardo was particularly pleasant and easily facilitated a late check out for us.
I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely loved this location! Stayed two nights before our cruise and would definitely stay here again. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are great. All staff were nice and courteous. Eduardo did a great job of taking care of us. With it being in the mall parking lot, parking is awesome and it has great proximity to top restaurants. The noise level was very quiet, as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Eduardo was the star of this experience. Although all the other employees I came across at Dolphin Mall Marriott were very helpful, Eduardo goes beyond the call of duty. I had a stressful tech problem and he helped me until we figured out the solution. Always with a smile and encouraging throughout the whole process, I am grateful I stayed here because he is an exemplary employee and a personable hardworking person who helped me while helping a very busy front desk. He was patient with all my requests and with those he came into contact. .5 stars plus for service especially his congeniality, kindness, professionalism and adaptability. He is an asset to Marriott and wonderful to those he serves. 🌟🌟

Excellent Marriott Courtyard.
This hotel is 3 minutes across the car park from the dolphin mall, the only Dolphin Mall hotel actually in the mall compound.
Good lounge area, very pleasant pool.
Service is great, I specifically thank Eduardo "Eddy" who obviously enjoys his job and really helped us on our visit.
Our second visit here, and we will return.

My room was comfortable and had all the basic necessities to make for an enjoyable stay. Also, it’s location right next to dolphin mall was perfect for like a few minute walk to the famous mall in Miami.

Arrived impromptu, with no reservation and Eddie at the front desk was charming, very well dressed, and made my check in wonderful. I'm always a fan of the courtyard properties, as I travel the United States often. The property is clean, well maintained, and The View of the pool is amazing

Stayed here on our way from Miami to key west. Great location right next to the mall. We enjoyed our evening at the mall and came back to a clean hotel. They don't offer complimentary breakfast. They have a cafe that is a little expensive. We just bought our breakfast elsewhere.

I went on vacation for 10 days, two of wich I spent there. Out f those ten days the last 2 were the best of my vacation at the Marriott. The staff the accomodations the service was impeccable!!! From the front desk to maintanance I highly recommend staying here if you're in town! Great experience!!! thank you Edwardo,Eros, Richard,Tony from housekeeping Cathy at the front desk were amazing. They turned my vacation around but in a good way 😃

3 star hotel deserving of a 5 star review. The hotel is situated next to Dolphin Mall which is convenient for anyone who needs to go to the store, shopping or a restaurant. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The hotel was also very quiet and well kept. We stayed for two nights and had no issues. All of the rooms (as far as I am concerned) have a refrigerator and some rooms have microwaves -- but all guests have access to the microwave in the lobby if necessary. Downtown is a quick hop on the 836 East about 15-20 minutes from the hotel.

Comfy beds after a long day of business meetings on the road is my jam. The staff is super attentive, and if you catch the breakfast rate, you are going to be pleasantly surprise. No other place for me when I come to the Miami area going forward. Did I mentioned is in the Dolphin Mall?💪🏾

Great hotel with lots amenities! The staff is really nice, and very funny! I was able to check in early at the hotel. The pool is awesome! Great gym for a quick workout! Hotel is located next to the mall makes it very convenient to go shopping! Next time I am in town, I will definitely stay at this hotel once again.

Great hotel staff - Rebecca, Antoinette and every one in the kitchen/bistro area. I was holding training there and they also catered our lunch and breaks. Highly recommend this team they are superb

Front desk was very informative and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I especially liked the roomy shower. The location was great; I could see the Dolphin Mall outside my window and could walk there from the hotel. It's close to downtown Miami area, only a 20 minute drive. I would love to stay here if visiting again.

Very good stay, totally enjoyed the ambiance, service, food, there’s not anything bad to say. Very helpful staff waiting on you hand and foot, super clean rooms, great showers, really enjoyable stay!
