What a nice surprise! i have lived here for more than a decade but haven’t been to Russo’s and now that I did, wow best subs ever. It also has a homey old Florida feel that you don’t see anywhere anymore. Dining in is an experience. I highly recommend this to my friends.

There is nothing like a classic Russo sub. Unique ingredients and wonderful flavors. No long waits. Your sub is usually served in less than a minute or two.

The food was excellent 👌, the service was excellent 👌. The atmosphere I cannot commit on it, because they were closed and I had to go through drive thru for service. But even though it still was worth it. The food was so delicious 🤤 and the service was out standing. They really know their stuff. I like going here and I will be returning.

This is actually a definitive dining experience. One only found in West Palm Beach, FL. Their sandwiches are carefully crafted to have the best meat and veggies combination possible. The bread is something special. The sandwiches are something special. Add the oil/vinegar and cherry peppers and watch how things come together. This restaurant is a sandwich EXPERIENCE. NOT a sandwich shop. I wish these were all over the country cause Jimmy John did it.... Russo's did it first.

You do not have to mess with perfection as to why they have a simple menu.
I am a very difficult person when it comes to what I want to change with my meal. You can not go wrong with their Russo sub.
I am in awe over how their meat, cheese, and bread are to perfection.
My husband normally only eats a roast beef sandwich anywhere he goes except for Russo. We both feel like we are in heaven when we get the pleasure of eating at Russo's.
The only problem is that they do not have a franchise, so we can eat it in other states. We are always excited when we come home so we can have a Russo.
From the first time we had a sub over 30 yrs ago till now, it is still as we remembered and just perfect with every bite. Do not forget the red pepper flakes, vinegar, and oil!

One of the best places for subs you’ll ever find. Turkey sub with provolone. The meat is some of the freshest, the bread is the softest. I’ve been going there for years!

The food is immaculate, absolute perfection, not even mentioning the incredible Russo subs themselves. I literally live about an hour away from their now only one location just to get lunch, and it's soooo worth it everytime. If they ever started a GoFundMe account or had some sort of way to tip I would do it everytime. And you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. 10/10 all the way, and it's a tragedy they only have the one location now after Covid.

First time there me and my dad had meatball cheese it excellent one of the best meatball subs every had and the bread was good was not crowded for lunch not to expensive three have a drive thru there close the dinner room down at 4:00pm short on help but there are working on get more help keeps drive thru open clean place will be back

Recently tried Russo’s subs after my parents eating there for 25+ years growing up in west Palm. It’s a quality sub shop with simple and fresh ingredients. Bread is one of a kind and the customer service was great. Also I would like to state, To those people who have been going here for 20+ plus years, do not let one accident ruin your look on a restaurant that has been providing great consistent food for longer than I’ve been alive. Those 1 star reviews for a simple mistake can hurt a business nowadays , be kind, and grab another sub :)

I’m new to the area, and was hesitant when I walk in the establishment. It’s a small menu which is great since I’m an indecisive person. I got the Russo sándwich and it was delicious, definitely recommend. Quick service and Apple Pay is available

Russo's has achieved what many failed restaurants have not in the tumultuous South Florida economic environment - they have endured and remain open (over a half of a century) because they are consistent in their product offerings and quality, hire the best people and offer a great sub at a great price! Yes the menu is simplistic but it has been the same for 50+ years. Each time I visit, I get what I expect - I am instantly greeted with a smile and served up a delicious Russo's sub within minutes! What else can you ask for? If you're looking for fufu toppings and artisan bread, go elsewhere - but don't write bad reviews because Russo's doesn't offer what you want. Russo's client base will continue to return because they know that, each time they do, the will get exactly what they expect - happy people offering quick service with a quality sub at a quality price!

Wow best juiciest meatball sub i have ever had in my LIFE ITS A MUST TRY OR HAVE !!! Thanks you guys when around 12pm today there was a line and moved pretty fast but oh god was it well worth !!

Ordered 9 subs for a family lunch - we have loved Rusoos for at least 60 years lol everyone couldn't wait and we were not disappointed!!

My family and I have been enjoying Russo's subs for decades, and make it a point to have lunch here whenever we are in town. Nothing fancy, and the restaurant needs a little TLC, but the subs are super fresh and delicious.

I haven't had Russo's in years but, remember getting it all the time growing up. Decided to treat my staff so I preordered 15 subs. Everything was tagged, wrapped, and ready to go at my pick up time... including all the condiments on the side. Just as delicious and fresh as I remember. Several employees who live in our area had never had Russo's but are fans now!

Best. Subs. EVER. I moved to Jupiter but I have to sometimes drive down to West Palm to get my Russo's sub! I love their tuna sub and their turkey/cheese sub. And you can get extra onions on the side -- there's something about their awesome bread and those onions that make Russo's subs worthy of the bucket list :)
