I am a corporate event planner for a luxury brand and I always use House of Lilac for my South Florida events. Nikki is the absolute best. House of Lilac goes above and beyond for their clients, very attentive and detail oriented and every bouquet comes out beautifully. I can’t recommend them enough!

This flower shop is absolutely adorable! The owner, Melanie, was nothing but incredible and helped me find the best flower arrangement for my mum. They had lots of beautiful vases to choose from too. The place is stocked with the most stunning flowers and gifts and I love all the personal touches on their packaging. I also picked up some of their little dried flower arrangements, they’re so cute and I love how long they last.

One of our commercial real estate clients opened a new location and I wanted to gift them something special and reflective of their amazing brand. While searching House of Lilac’s website I found the perfect match mixed with fresh and dried earthy tone flowers/greens. I'm writing the review more than a year from when my wedding was. But better late than never! My bouquet was stunning. I wanted something moody and unique. And they hit the nail on the head. We consulted via email and I sent a few inspiration photos and that was it! It was perfect. How perfect? I didn't throw it at the end of the evening. I couldn't bring myself to part with it. I had ordered "The Single Fresh Flower Bouquet Wrap" for my sister's birthday and I absolutely fell in love with the arrangement, as did my sister. The flowers were so beautiful and delicate, perfect as a gift for any occasion. Also, thank you so much for communicating with me in regards to the shipment/pick up mix up and for being patient with me about it. I recently walked in to their shop for the first time. I hadn't placed an order beforehand but they were more than happy to prepare the double bouquet pictured. They were beautiful!! The thing that impressed me the most was the attention to detail and quality of service to their customers. Shortly after the purchase I received a followup email from the owner to make sure I was satisfied with my flowers. Who does that now a days? They do.

House of Lilac is so gracious and they were really responsive when I needed to pick up my order at another time. I drove up, stayed in my car, and an employee came out with their mask to provide this stunning bouquet pictured below. I will definitely order from them again.

Fantastic service! The attention to detail in the arrangement, the choice of candles and the chocolates were impressive and the reason we keep coming back to House of Lilac. I had to call back about a delivery confusion (I am from out of town and was unaware there were multiple residences on the delivery address). The staff was so helpful even though it was my error, connecting with the delivery driver for an update and helping to ensure the flowers got to the right person. I wish I lived in Miami so I could order these flowers for my home all the time!

Just bought from them fresh and dried flowers and my experience was beyond positive! The stem bar has a great selection at affordable prices, the store has all sorts of cute and functional gifts to choose from and Melanie and her staff were super helpful! Loved my flowers so much that I joined their floral subscription. I recommend 100 percent!
