The grounds of this property far exceed many places I have stayed. The rooms are quite nice too This has been my home for 3 weeks in July 2023. It has its quirks, but overall it has been a pleasure to be here. This was not a business trip, I gave that gig up almost a year ago. Peace y'all.

Cool little place in the Hammock. It’s always a good experience staying there.

We go there because it reminds us of the Flintstones. They should call it the Bedrock Motel!

Only had one night here as we were heading to Disney. Loved it. Rooms were very large with large bathroom. Rooms clean & comfortable. Grounds were very well kept. Staff friendly & helpful in suggestions for local restaurant for dinner. Hope to go back when we can stay longer.

A lovely, secluded "getaway from it all" feel. Old Florida at it's best. The rooms are clean and well equipped, the grounds are beautiful. Mala Compra trail is within walking or bike riding distance. There are some good restaurants close by.

We had the best time! The room was super clean and had new appliances. The outside was super cute and kitschy with lots of cool plants and walk abouts to take the pup on his walk. The staff was super friendly too. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay while visiting my mom. I come once a year from key west and they’re great cause they allow me to bring my best friend (my dog). The girl at the front desk is super cute.

My boyfriend and I always try to look for places to stay that aren't simply the sterile utilitarianism of mass chain hotels but possess a modicum of personality. And boy, does this place have personality!
We always find ourselves coming back to what we now refer to as "our villa". I included pictures because I'm not sure mere words could capture the quaint, vintage, and inviting charm of the grounds of this historic hotel built in the 1930s. While they also offer modernized rooms, we always opt for the classic.
Take a stroll on the massive and beautiful grounds or ride the complimentary bicycles or take a dip in their pool.
The staff is always warm and welcoming and even made sure we got our key when were delayed once.
It's close to several of my favorite picturesque spots including Washington Oaks gardens & Coquina beach, Fort Mantanzas. It's close to the atmospheric themed "European Village" shopping center which is also a nice place to eat.
Of note to movie buffs the Tarzan films with
Johnny Weissmuller were filmed just across the road.
One note of convenience I like is it is adjacent to a convenience store which is also hidden from the view of the grounds. Another is that they have a laundry room that is even full of exterior charm.
I cannot say enough about this place and I imagine no matter where my futures adventures take me, this is one place to which I will always return.

My SO’s family has been coming here for the cozy rooms on one of Florida’s sleepiest beaches for the last 20 years. I stayed here last year during peak covid and forgot to leave a review. We stayed in the original section of the hotel, and it was a trip!! The towels and linens were very high quality, so I suspect the new owners are doing a good job at rekindling the pizazz of this place. This is a very old building, so you have to keep an open mind and accept the character. We had the best trip ever!

Stayed here a number of times over the past few decades for work and for needing a place to stay when visiting family in the St Aug area. Great place. Cool coquina buildings. Nice service. Clean rooms. Beautiful property.

Fun mountain biking trails nearby too (Malacompra Trails and Graham Swamp Trails, the latter one a punchy blast).

We love this place. Its super unique and every room is different. Its really clean and beautifully manicured grounds, pool and bikes you can use. Publix across the street so convenient for items for your room. And the price is great.

This hotel has great proximity to the beach with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent customer service. The hotel was built in 1930 and is perfect for the individual who doesn't want all of the hustle and bustle of more commercial properties and is more independent.

This place is truly a hidden gem! Rooms are big and beds are separated by a wall for privacy! The a/c is ice cold & the hot water showers are dreamy! The breakfast is a large variety of cold items with juices and hot coffee. The rooms are updated and very clean, staff is friendly! Did I mention you can walk across the road to the beach! There is a subway and gas station right next door as well!

It's old Florida in the best possible way! We've been staying at Palm Coast Villas for years, along with my parents, & my brother & his family. We all love the place! The prices are great, the rooms are clean, we've stayed in the coquina rooms as well as their suites, & upstairs. The grounds are beautiful, & they must have a thousand different flowers throughout the property.

This place is amazing. The rates are fare, the rooms are very well maintained and spacious. The staff is very helpful and really nice. Minutes away from the beach and all the amenities that you need but you feel as if you are hours away from everything. It is so relaxing and beautiful. I will be back a lot.

Amazing place to stay...rooms are big & super clean. Fun to just hangout around the motel...pool, comfy chairs all over the beautiful property, picnic tables & grills, hammocks to take a nap in, etc. Everyone there is so friendly & it's less than a mile from the beach. They even loan you bikes to ride. We love this place! And the price is extremely reasonable.

Great place to stay. Stayed here both times I've been to Florida and will be where we stay anytime we come back. Clean rooms, pool, bikes, friendly staff, and great views. Beaches within a few miles in either direction of the place..... what more could you ask for?😀😁
