Isa went above and beyond the week of our wedding, supplying all the flowers (150+) for our bud vases! She helped me go through numerous flower types to ensure the selections fit my style and preferences, provided such reasonable pricing, and even delivered them to the hotel for us!

Working with her was like working with a friend I’ve known for years and couldn’t recommend more highly. So many guests said how beautiful the flowers were and were forever grateful! Whether you need wedding florals or just florals because, she is your gal!!!!

I booked a private class with my friends and Isabel taught us how to put together a lovely flower arrangement. We laughed, shared a good time together, learned a lot about balance, composition, colors, etc
I can’t wait to do it again! I highly recommend this experience.

I had the best experience with Isa Entreflores, especially after another florist screwed up my order and missed my loved one's birthday. I was particular about the types of flowers and that it look contemporary. I called and explained what I was looking for, and they were so nice and so willing to work with me. I sent Isa Entreflores a picture to help explain what was in my mind. Their design was 100% better than what I even pictured. It was spot on with the style I was hoping for. What a great small business who understands how to give great customer service. I wouldn't go anywhere else after this great experience with them.

Isabel made it so relaxed and shared tricks and tips to make beautiful arrangements. The flowers were provided for the class and a beautiful mix, freesia, roses, spray roses, parrot tulips and ranunculus. The class is well worth the price when you get to take these beautiful flowers home

I ordered the Designer's Choice arrangement for next-day delivery and left notes about my mom's favorite flowers in the order. The bouquet arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and some of the flowers I mentioned were included.

The flowers are even better than expected! The website was very user friendly and offered specific date delivery which is always appreciated. I called around 1:30 pm to be sure the order would be delivered today and someone answered on the first ring and confirmed. They also send a confirmation email when delivered - that's grade A customer service in my book!

Very disappointed, paid ten dollars to have them deliver flowers in the same building. Couldn't deliver on the day requested because they didn't have the flowers. Then the rose's were dead after two days. Went by to speak with them because no one answered the phone and there was no one working. 10 thumbs down! It's been 3 wks and I received a message from Isa, who apologized and said she was out of town due to a family emergency. She said she wanted to make things right. Everyone deserves a second chance. I appreciated her reaching out. I saw the flowers that were delivered, I couldn't be happier, thank you Isa you knocked it out of the park.

Our last order was excellent, as always. I have ordered several arrangements, and they have all been a step above any other florist. The freshness of the flowers and the artistic eye to combine them in just the right way gives a result that is hard to describe. They are always beautiful and beyond expectations. If you are reading this review and have never ordered from them before, I suggest you go ahead, you will be really happy that you did. If you have used Isa Entreflores in the past, well then you already know.

I live in Dallas, Texas. I ordered flowers from Isa Entreflores for my daughter's 21st Birthday who goes to school in Miami. The lady that hand delivered the flowers has outstanding customer service!!!! She went above and beyond to contact my daughter and when she couldn't reach her, she called me and inquired what she could do and where she could leave them. I have ordered flowers from florists but never experienced such service! You all are amazing and if you were in Dallas, I would frequently order from you! I've used this shop a few times now to deliver flowers to my daughter who lives in the area. The flowers are always beautifully presented and delivered professionally. I would highly recommend these guys if you're looking for something to brighten someone's day.

I selected the 'Designer's Choice' and was nervous because I've seen other florists that use leftover material and flowers to create an underwhelming bouquet. This bouquet turned out great! It was large (even though I selected the normal size) and vibrant with a great smell. I'm very impressed and thankful that this florist was able to take a same-day order and make something amazing. It was delivered about 4-5 hours after I submitted the request. Thank you so much for putting a smile on my special someone's face!

I bought flowers from Isa Entreflores after my wife and I were bestowed with a newborn girl. I truly loved the flowers and the whole bouquet! It has an amazing and elegant arrangement of lilies and roses! Isabel was so nice and helped me customize to my desire. I even bought a pink teddy bear that my son picked up for his little sister. I truly recommend this place!

A few months ago my sister in law order some Isa Entreflores flowers for me. I was impressed with the beauty and quality of the bouquet. I am completely pleased with these flowers and the perfect way my order was handled. I ordered them and asked they be delivered the next day before my sister checked into her hotel at the Biltmore. They were for her 80th birthday, and it was important to me that they be in her room when she and her husband walked in at noon. I noted this on my order and told them the Concierge at the hotel would be looking for them to arrive in the morning

The flowers were indeed waiting for her, as I'd requested, and they were absolutely gorgeous! My sister sent me a picture--and best of all, they were so beautiful she cried!! How good is that?~~~!!

I recently placed an order from out of state and the attention that was given to my order was excellent. I had some specific ideas about the desired arrangement and every effort was made to accommodate my requests. I received text message pictures of the container under consideration and updates when my order was set for delivery. I also received a picture of the arrangement prior to delivery. Ordered a birthday bouquet of roses and balloons for my father. He lives in Miami FL I Live in live oak FL. He happened to be in the hospital at that moment so they worked with me over the phone on picking the perfect bouquet of roses and get well balloons for my father and also delivering them for me. Great customer service! Lovely lady who helped me. Will work with them in the future and recommend them aswell.
