Holiday Restaurant

If you are traveling down I-10 and want to eat like a local skip the chains and head to Holiday Restaurant. We have a great server in Macy who helped us pick the best options. Everyone else eating was friendly and offered their favorites from the menu. We stopped in on a Sunday and enjoyed the Sunday special. That included a drink, your meat of choice and three sides plus a choice of your favorite slice of pie!

Fast friendly down home country cooking

Excellent service, excellent food. Steaks, tendor and juicy with good flavor. Room for big groups or individuals just eating a meal. Quiet atmosphere, nice evening amongst good folks. Prices good for the quality. Definitely will go back and bring folks with me. I can't wait to taste their homeade chocolate pies.

This was a very pleasant restaurant to come across. I came in for lunch on a Sunday, and they had a Sunday lunch menu. I recommend this place, as they do have reasonable prices, friendly staff, and of course the most important reason, because the food is good. I got turkey with dressing, and the turkey was not dry. That's one of those things that has always been a problem! Not here though.

Check it out next time you're in town.

This place is the best home cooked food it's family ran the people are so nice

This is my first visit, but it certainly won't be our last. This is the "Great American Diner" of yester-year that is alive and doing well. Service was superb. The cheeseburger was the best I've had in years, and the prices were better than good. I can't wait to try their breakfast offerings. The decor is very nice and there's no ear shattering music being blared out of cheap speakers. Just a nice place where the food is great, service was above reproach, and the atmosphere allowed for pleasant conversation at the tables.

I got grilled chicken tenders and they were huge!! Could only eat 1.5 out of 4!! Yummy!! Will have 2 more meals!!

Great place to eat. Good food. Best of all are the people. They treat you like family. Sometimes the food might come out a little slow but enjoy the atmosphere. Good down home people!

Amazing quaint little place. Had the French toast and it was some of the best I've ever had. Good company great food .....what more could you ask for

I had country fried steak my daughter had chicken tenders we both enjoyed our meal and the coleslaw was outstanding ,better than KFC.

Neat little old school diner, fast service and good food, I try to come here when we're passing by.

holiday restaurant in Bonifay Florida is located in the very center of town at the jct of hwy 90 and 79. it is very popular among locals. it is roomy and the tables are not spaced too close together for privacy. the is nice and warm and friendly and courteous. they are always genuinely happy to have you there whether you're having a full meal with friends or alone having a cup of coffee. the food is down home delicious. a great southern traditional eating establishment. highly recommended.

Traveling to New Orleans stop in rural little town to eat Country Cooking it was Awesome! Great food and Banana Pudding was the best ever! Very friendly people like family.

It was great all around. The food was amazing, I ordered the steak and shrimp with a baked potato and came with a salad which all tasted great with plenty of flavor. The service was also great, the atmosphere was great, the cashier and servers were really friendly. Overall experience was fantastic. Keep up the good work.

We stopped here on the way home from Wind Creek Casino. It's a cute little place, the grilled chicken fingers were delicious. My hubby got a meat, three sides, drink & dessert ( coconut pie DELICIOUS) for 10.00 dollars 😁

Stopped in for the first time on our way home from the beach and were pleasantly surprised. Really good, homestyle food cooked fresh to order. Extremely friendly owner and staff. Great little local place.

This is an excellent restaurant.
The food was beyond anything we could have imagined. We brought a disaster relief team of 11 here to help after Hurricane Michael and ate here every night for dinner.

Just like Mom and Grandma made. Great spot for a home cooked meal. Lunch is where it's at for this diamond in the rough. Less than 10.00 lunch special with dessert included. So happy to have found a place that can bring my mom back to me even if its just for the time it takes to eat a meal. Thank Holiday for giving me a little of home while on the road for work!!!!
