Came in today because I needed help setting up my home internet box, the team was very helpful. Kaylee knew exactly what was wrong with my box right away and fixed it for me. Amazing customer service

Great service from Demarco. No hassle setup and super fast internet. Got home and just plugged it in. Bam! Great internet at an affordable price.

Finally a T Mobile with awesome customer service. My daughter and I did upgrades tonight and Demarco was such a delight to work with. Very well mannered and on top of everything. I'll definetly be recommending this location to our residents at Penney Farms!👍

I first came in to get the new iPhone and the new store manager was very accommodating and helpful throughout transfer process. I even decided to switch from the 13 Pro to 13 Pro Max and Bryan was amazing and quick with adjusting my account. Their new hires Chris and Zully have also been amazing, while still training they were more than capable of helping me set up my new phone and watch.

Dj and Marco were great, was able to explain everything in a easy to understand way. Stores in Jacksonville need customer service training here. 10/10

I have dreaded switching services just because I know what I dealt with as a customer with AT&T. The folks at this location are by far the best I’ve ever had an experience with. Brad was on it from the moment we walked in the door. He got our service set up on 3 phones and was pleasant the entire time. It was truly painless. Shae was able to get my phone unlocked with AT&T after several unsuccessful attempts by me. She went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations with a service provider. We had to go back the following day for some extra items and they greeted us by name. This is our local store and I’m beyond happy that these folks are the ones we will deal with going forward. I highly recommend this team.

I called several T-Mobile locations and was discouraged by the lack of customer service and being told "we are a Corporate store" and can't do that etc.. UNTIL I called the T-Mobile in Green Cove Springs and talked to Mark about what I needed and he assured me that they would take care of my needs. Upon arriving both Mark and Clinton (i believe) greeted me and treated me with utmost care like I was the CEO. They were patient and so informative and helped me transfer service on 2 phones. They explained the process and how it worked and I thoroughly enjoyed being there. And you know this is a long process. I left there feeling like I just left a family re-union and This is my Store for everything now. I wish I could give more than 5 starts :)

I visited the Green Cove location and the staff Landon, Caleb, and Jaylen were so inviting and very helpful. My daughter needed to replace her phone and didnt know which 1 she wanted. But Landon was very helpful in explaining the difference and styles of the phones and getting just what I needed. I would refer anyone who has phone needs or help to this location. Keep up the good work guys!

Jasmine was very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I hate going in T-Mobile because I normally get a rude rep or someone not sure of the services. Jasmine has changed my mind and hopefully she’s there whenever I need to make a visit at T-Mobile in GreenCove. Great employee who acknowledged me as soon as I walked in. I felt her smile even with her mask on :) Thank you Jasmine for my great customer service experience.

I went in to my local T-mobile store in Green Cove Springs to get a separate line and new phone for work. Bryan took great care of me. He spent about an hour with me making sure I understood the details of switching my plan and all the different phone options and promos available. I am so happy with my new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3. I got the purple color.

If you go in, ask for Bryan. He is the one with fabulous curly hair.

Me and my husband went into T-Mobile in green cove springs tonight, looking to get a new phone. The service was AMAZING!!! Spencer and Matt were 100% helpful it took a while to get everything set up, but they had a great sense of humor and kept us occupied during it. I would definitely recommend this store and these workers! They were 100% honest and helpful!

Margie and Clifton were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I would highly recommend this store! Their customer service was absolutely outstanding ,from the moment you entered you were greeted so kindly to picking out my new phone. They were both so knowledgeable. If I could give them 10 stars I would! Thank you again Margie for everything!!

This store is always very pleasant. I worked with Jasmine she was so nice. She explained everything. My daughter forgot her cup their and she called to say I could pick it up tomorrow. I was very shocked she made time to do that. I would recommend her to anyone!

This T-Mobile is conveniently located by my house .My First impression is the store front was clean and lights lit up the area for a modern and sleek look. I went in to upgrade my service and buy a new phone.I was greeted by Associates Clifford and Jasmine ! They were very knowledgeable in assisting my needs ,getting my iPhone set up and making sure I was all set walking out the door.This crew is wonderful .Saving on my plan ,I was also thankful for a few dollars I saved especially during COVID and getting affordable rates for the family that I was able to save due to military discount . It was very helpful so I am thankful T-Mobile does not forget about their Vet’s.I would definitely recommend visiting this store front on Orange Avenue in Green Cove Springs ! :)

Huge thank you to Charles! My iPhone kept losing service due to an issue with the SIM card. Charles spent so much time resolving the problem for me, even calling IT to think of an out of the box solution. Thank you for going above and beyond!!

I hate going to the phone store...until now. We switched from Sprint to T-Mobile and I just experienced the best phone store experience in my life. Courteous, competent, and efficient. What a combination. It is nice to know that this level of customer service is alive and well. If you need a phone this is the place to go.
