Had great customer service when I went in there 11/2/23! The man working in there (whom I didn't catch his name), he was very nice, super helpful and super hilarious! I had a bad time with my last phone service company (cricket), and as soon as I moved carriers here to Metro, it was the best experience and customer service I had in a long time!
10/10 I recommend!
