Very happy and impressed with Noelle Garrison and J&J! Our neighbors used J&J for a kitchen remodel and we checked in with them too. Their prices were reasonable but the quality of the Kemp cabinets and the workmanship of the carpenters and countertop installers they used were outstanding as was Noelle's design and consultation work along with her project management! Noelle provided not only design consultation but project management too. She was very organized and kept the project on pace amidst varying material delivery schedules and occasional subcontractor scheduling issues. She was flexible and worked with our intention to overhaul cabinets and counters, reconfigure range to gas from electric and add in a real hood vent (instead of the old over-the-range microwave/vent fan--changed microwave to drawer unit, so far so good!), while retaining existing fridge and dishwasher, flooring and overhead lighting.
We got the right balance of new kitchen without needless extravagance in our case.
Her aesthetic senses are on point, experienced and reliable. She was able to train in her customer--us (actually me) --from straying too far outside the style sanity pen while still working with the general design inspiration and results we really liked. Nice save Noelle!
In the end we have a great kitchen! I'm not anxious to do any more kitchen renovations in my lifetime remaining but if I do, I will go back to Noelle!!

We had gotten total 3 quotes from different suppliers for our new large kitchen. All were close quotes. J&J consultant Rob was professional and trustworthy and made us feel comfortable in our expensive purchase. We had multiple changes through our choices. We really tested his patience. He was patient and kind. The diligent and efficient cabinet installers were top notch too. Kitchen is gorgeous with beautiful cabinets that are top quality made by the Amish. We also compared prices for our vinyl flooring again prices were close. Mark was very efficient and helpful. His installers Derrick and Henry were friendly, hard workers and did a great job. We were well pleased with this company and recommend them highly.

Noelle helped us with both a major kitchen renovation and now a master bath renovation. She did a fabulous job helping us select materials and her designs are super! We are really happy with the level of service we received and would highly recommend J&J and Noelle!

We highly recommend using J&J! Noelle Garrison is an extremely talented designer and now thanks to her we have the kitchen of our dreams!! She worked with our schedule and made sure all the details were thought out and accounted for. She has incredible ideas and we were blown away by her work. We absolutely loved her so we decided to use J&J for our flooring needs as well. Brad is amazing and has been with us through the process of having our carpets and main flooring areas replaced. The quality, price and personality of the team can’t be beat.

We have used J&J in the past in our previous home and when it came time for new flooring for our new home, we went straight to them. Dawn along with Liz were fantastic from start to finish. Dawn coordinated every aspect of this project and was very involved throughout. There are no words to describe the work done by Vinny and Brian other than utterly amazing! It was a tough project, especially wanting a herringbone design, but they pulled it off. And a shout out to Jake for the finish work on our baseboards and toe kicks.

LOVED our experience with J&J! From beginning to end with our master bath renovation was great. Noelle our design consultant was AMAZING. She was instrumental with helping capture the feel and look that we wanted our master bath from design layout to cabinets to flooring to counter tops! I HIGHLY recommend J & J. ❤

Ashley did an amazing job managing a substantial remodel of our condo. We gutted the kitchen, master bath and redesigned the laundry room to give us more space. I highly recommend using Ashley and J&J for your remodeling needs. We are completely happy with the work that was completed and we have received many compliments on the remodel.

Second time using J&J and Noelle Garrison for a major remodel, came highly recommended and didn't disappoint. In these Covid times, finding a reliable company is difficult. Other neighbors not happy with other contractors they used, not doing their jobs timely, and even walking away from a half finished job. J&J had a welcomed aggressive schedule and everything completed to our satisfaction in a timely fashion. I admit to not having a very good eye for style, and needed someone to walk us through the process. Very pleased with Noelle who coordinated, and presented us with options we might not have considered. Quite pleased.

J&J Carpet recently was the prime contractor on remodeling our master bathroom and kitchen. We are thrilled with the results--easy to give them 5 stars. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Dawn Johns was the decorator/designer and project manager (assisted by Ashley). Dawn's husband, Jake Johns was the head craftsman. Jake did much of the detailed carpentry and finish work and he accepts nothing but perfection from himself. (Anything he missed, which was rare, Dawn spotted and had it fixed). Both the master bath and the kitchen were total re-dos in a 1975 house and everything was updated (cabinets, appliances, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, floors, walls, windows, doors, all molding--everything. Dawn orchestrated a set of skilled plumbers, electricians, sheet rock people, tile and carpet installers etc. We liked J&J's work so much we expanded it to include remodeling the living room bar, the utility room and installed new 5 panel doors throughout house, new baseboards and crown mold through much of the house and a few other things. We will soon get them started on remodeling our front porch. Dawn has years of experience at this--projects big and small, and knows what she is doing. She and Ashley have access to a wealth of materials and solutions. Hey this wasn't cheap or quick but we think the price was fair considering the spectacular results and projects like this do take some time to get right.

Good morning, my name is Marc Surrency and would like to acknowledge Noelle Grissom for an excellent professional job on managing the design project of my kitchen last year.
My kitchen had not been changed since 1963 so the challenge was very real. It was a small galley kitchen that had a 7' ceiling , drawers that were not working, bad plumbing ECT. Not a very pleasant place to be preparing meals.
Last year I stopped by J&J a couple of times when I was introduced to Noelle Grissom. The first thing I noticed was the professional quality of someone who listens to their clients. She guided me throughout the kitchen cabinet layout design and large assortment of materials and the work schedule that would fulfill the needs of this project.
As we all know the pandemic of 2020 hit and added many challenges to overcome. Before shipping became an issue Noelle helped me pin down the cabinet design and color, quartz counter top color, backsplash tile color and pattern. Everything came in as needed.
Before construction started Noelle made sure we both had a calendar of when each project phase would happen and who would be completing the work. Any changes that were needed Noelle always made sure our calendars matched. Also during construction I had a few requests added. (Raised the ceiling 12" and removed part of a wall !) Noelle quickly found out if it could be done within our calendar schedule, gave me a fair price, updated our invoice and made it happen.
Being the professional I needed, Noelle was there for every phase of construction. She made sure the workers cleaned as they worked and left the project clean when they finished.
Another sign of what professionals do for their company is how Noelle Grissom never once made me feel second place to other projects that I imagine she must have had. Also Noelle's product knowledge gave me confidence in the quality and very fair price of my final choices.
I could go on thanking J&J for connecting me with Noelle but I know you have work to do too. ;-) So wether I am making a cup of coffee or a Thanksgiving dinner I am very proud and happy with the beautiful kitchen Noelle Grissom helped me create.

EDITED: I contacted Trish after starting with a not-so-great first impression of J&J and she turned it around BIG time! Not only did she address my concerns, but met me with a beautiful attitude and rescheduled us right then and there. Ashley, our designer, came and looked our space within that week and was just as equally awesome. I really appreciated this turn around and am so excited to start this process with J&J. Best advice I would give is to go into the showroom and meet them. Thank you so much again!

From the very beginning working with Brad was a very positive experience. His knowledge of the flooring and carpet helped us make a wonderful blessed decision. We couldn't be happier with the Manila Oak laminate wood flooring we chose for the front rooms and the carpet for the back rooms. Noelle was amazing at guiding me through a complete redo of my kitchen, adding a wet bar, and replacing my flooring throughout. She created multiple design options, and thought outside the box. Every issue that could have been a problem she handled prior to it being installed. The work was done in a timely manner, and it turned out beautifully. She was extremely patient with my slow decision making and my constant changes. I can’t wait for her help on my next project.

J&J performed a complete renovation of our bathroom, and the work so impressed us that we hired them for the replacement of over 850 sq ft of wood flooring in our living / family room. Quality of work is outstanding. Jeff performed all work on price and close to on schedule. They were very patient with the planning process and offered considerable help - to include bringing out a plumber at their expense to accurately scope and price the job. I recommend them for bath / kitchen remodeling and any wood floor job.

We have beautiful carpet again and couldn't be happier. A water pipe burst causing us to replace our whole downstairs carpet. Brad was knowledgeable, professional, and provided us promptly with a thorough estimate. Chris, Brian and Blake were our awesome installing team. Hardworking and friendly, the they went extra mile to do the job well. It was a pleasure having them in our home.

J & J installed new flooring in my kitchen, dining room, family room , bath room and bedroom. The experience was very positive and professional throughout the whole process.
