ProSource of Brevard

We had a pretty stress free kitchen update thanks to ProSource. Bernard helped us create the design layout and order our new cabinets and countertops. Stephanie helped us pick the backsplash tile. They were great to work with. One of the best parts of this process was the contractor process. Loved having the ProSource preferred installers set up for us by the ProSource staff. We had no issues with this process. The cabinet installer Chris was amazing! Elite Custom Granite did our counter and bar top installation. Overall would use ProSource again.

We used ProSource Brevard to source the tile for our new flooring (we used our own installer). We replaced all of the old tile flooring from the 90s (!) in our entire house. The selection of floor tiles at ProSource was perfect and we found exactly what we were looking for at a good price-point. Our sales/design rep was knowledgeable, friendly, and wonderful to work with; (sadly, she is no longer with ProSource as she left to pursue other opportunities, otherwise, I would have named her). We ended up selecting a porcelain, wood-look, tile and it was exactly what we wanted. The entire experience with ProSource was professional and pleasant. Highly recommend.

My faith in customer service has been restored! So grateful for Grisela Faria’s help! I was in need of a bag of grout that was not available in the Melbourne warehouse, Grisela found the color that I needed in the Orlando warehouse and delivered it the very next morning! We had a wonderful experience at ProSource working with designer Deborah! She helped us make all of the selections for our new Home including bathroom tile, kitchen backsplash, wall paint color, carpet, flooring colors for waterproof EVP.... all while ensuring they would coordinate well together overall. Deborah was very kind with excellent customer service skills and patience with me changing my mind often. Her ideas for our bathroom showers have received the most compliments and praise from our family & friends for the designs being so stunning modern and unique. We couldn’t be more pleased and we highly recommend her services.

Deborah has an encyclopedic knowledge of the tile choices. She quickly found exactly what I was looking for as well as an option for the backsplash that exceeded my imagination. Great source for remodeling kitchen & bath. We found a great substitute when an item was backordered as well.

Jessica was very helpful in picking out tile for our bathroom. She also had some pretty good design ideas. When you are putting a lot of money into a renovation, it’s nice to have a little help with the details.

Kim worked with us for almost a month to help us choose the perfect flooring. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and we are so happy with the final product!

If you aren't blown away by the sheer size and selection, then be prepared for their amazing and attentive staff. Thanks Kim!

Pro Source of Brevard is amazing. Chris was extremely helpful, patient and so pleasant to work with. If you are looking for tile, and they don’t have it or can’t get it, then it isn’t manufactured! The selection they have can be quite overwhelming! Very happy with the prices as well. Well done Chris!

Candy Morales/Account Manager was great! She worked very hard to match color and style, along with verifying availability of product. Ms. Morales, the Contractor, and tile installer together found workable solutions to my shower refurbishment and flooring replacement. Price was within my budget and all material appears to be in-stock.

We have been using Jessica throughout our building experience. She has been fantastic to deal with. Great ideas and an excellent eye for color and details. Always a smile on her face and a pleasure to speak with over the phone. We would highly recommend both her and Pro Source of Brevard.

We are renovate our home, so my contractor recommended ProSource as the place to go to select my flooring. I was to meet with Andrea and I must say that she was very professinal ,knowledgeable and showed me some selections that would fit my budget. There was no pressure, and she wanted to make sure that I was satisficed with the choices I made. she kept in contact with me via text messagem phone calls or e-mail , Andrea and her whole crew went out of her way to help me with flooring and carpet and all my needs!! Her customer service, her knowledge, her ability to get what you need when you need it and her wonderful personality. Its made Pro Source which is has always been a good company, a great one.

Great place to shop for floors! When I first called they asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. I said no thanks thinking we would like to browse first. HUGE mistake! Think of this place like the Costco of flooring. You need someone there to guide you because they have so much selection. Pries are good and if you can’t find what you need there it doesn’t exist. Definitely make this shop a stop on your flooring quest! Highly recommend to all. Sales staff is also top notch

We had previously ordered tile and cabinetry for our new kitchen remodel, and there were significant issues. This was during covid, and the regular carriers were not operating. Despite the numerous issues we had, ProSource staff took ownership of all issues and went beyond what anyone could have considered fair, in order to rectify the situation and ensure that we were beyond satisfaction. Their approach was one of understanding and fairness throughout. Then, when the kitchen was about 85% completed, we suffered a catastrophic flood loss, and our new kitchen had to be gutted. Again, ProSource conducted themselves with integrity, professionalism, and even more importantly, compassion. Every single team member from Owner Mr. George Roman, to his sons, to his employees, have helped us navigate this rebuild journey. Michele has been a Godsent, promptly fielding our inquiries, recommending subcontractors, guiding us, and counseling us. She is a true professional in every sense of the word, and then some. We arent near completion yet, but as our floors, cabinets, countertops, etc gradually get ordered, I am completely confident that they will ensure service with excellence as its standard. It is during times like these that the true colors of people and their businesses come out. In a small town such as ours where reputation is everything, I can unequivocally state that there is nowhere else I would ever take my business, now or in the future, nor would I recommend anyone besides them to anyone else. They are a business wherein you can place your faith and trust, which isnt always easy to find nowadays. They are the best and Brevard is blessed to have them.

We are so glad we chose ProSource of Brevard for our kitchen cabinets. We had visited 6 other suppliers in the area. Our experience at ProSource was excellent. They have an impressive display of products for flooring, bath and kitchen, cabinets and plumbing. Les Yanick, the kitchen/bath designer was courteous, professional, helped us to decide on the right cabinet line, and designed our installation. The independent contractor installed our cabinets flawlessly. Outstanding from selection to installation. Highly recommended.

RProSource was wonderful to work with over email, they were able to do up an estimate from some pictures of the box of tile I was trying to match, modify it when I came back several week later needing a different about, order it from the manufacturer and even have one of their own delivery men deliver it directly to my house for a lot less than the manufacturer shipping it to my house. They even worked with me on the delivery when my cell phone went on the fritz, still getting me the tile delivered so I could work on it over the weekend. Thank you ProSource!
