A nice little place. We definitely went out of our way to get here and we are glad we did. I got the steak wrap with fries. The fries were great. I am not sure if it was the sauce or something else in the wrap, but it was just ok. My wife got a sandwich and Mac and Cheese. The sandwich was so huge that she had to take out the middle layer of bread. The Mac and Cheese had a different taste to it. She wasn’t a big glean of it, but I was.

We really liked coming here. We will be back again!

I keep seeing the negative posts and I’m wondering what’s happening. Fortunately every time we’ve been to the restaurant (4 now) we’ve had amazing food and great service. The beer flights offer a great selection for a pretty decent price. The weekly specials are hit or miss, but never anything unimpressive. Their fried chicken is great, the salads are massive, and the food is overall quite tasty.

Came from Suffolk to try the food, best salmon wrap I've ever had! perfectly cooked salmon... also, everybody was nice there and the atmosphere looked so calm and "family_like"... maybe because most tables were occupied buy families...

My son and I had a great dinner last night at the bar. We ordered the knots with beer cheese for our appetizer and they accommodated my grilled cheese and tomato soup for dinner (it’s not a regular menu item) and my son had the chicken sandwich with fries. Everything was amazing! And the bartender was attentive and kind. 10/10 recommend this restaurant

Me and a friend of mine had a double birthday party at Serve on Friday, May 19th. When we arrived the room that we reserved was setup and ready to go! We were greeted, seated and served well! I would like to give a shoutout to the Manager, Keith, the Chefs and our personal server Laurel! She was awesome with providing us with
whatever we needed! I even want to shoutout to one of the patrons that was coming in as we were leaving. He held the door for each of us as we exited our event, and when I commented; if you knew you would be holding the door for all of these women, you would have gone the other way right 😂 He responded, no. I would have stood here as long as it took! Kudos to Serve and Kudos to the great community of Franklin, VA!

Been here several times and never been disappointed. The ingredients are fresh and the choices are different than anything offered at other restaurants in the area. The dining room offers a modern look and feel but the staff brings a small town friendliness. Ham and peach flatbread with arugula and a balsamic glaze drizzle (daily special) was cooked to perfection. The burger was huge. The ground beef was fresh and cooked to order. Roasted brussel sprouts with glazed pecans were an appetizer but hearty enough to be an entree. A great experience!

This proved to be an excellent place to lunch when I was far from home and very hungry—I have a bad habit of not thinking about eating while I am out photographing in the morning, and today it was almost 3 pm when I realized I was not yet fed.
I was very fortunate to be directed to Serve by a Franklin native, and there I was served so much excellent food I actually could not finish it. The extremely good homemade carrot cake is served in an enormous portion, by the way—if you ordered it BEFORE your meal, you probably would have no way to eat what you should be eating! But I took a LOT of pictures this time, as there is a lot to admire at Serve: even the Server, Josh M, a recent import from Oregon—where evidently they grow excellent servers! Thanks again for excellent service of an excellent lunch, Josh!

A very tasty lunch at a local eatery. The Philly cheese steak was good but the French fries were excellent. I’m looking forward to the carrot cake that I’m taking home. It looks excellent.

The atmosphere is pleasant with pictures of locals adorning the walls. There is a comfortable seating area with couches in addition to regular tables and a bar. The wait staff is very friendly. Definitely a place I will return to.

Was sure how this place was going to look inside from the street but wow. The inside is nicely designed. It provides a very warm atmosphere. The kitchen is kind of open so you can see the staff working to prepare food. The bar is large and beautifully designed.

On tap serve had beers from all around Virginia. I dont think I saw a mirco brew from any where else. I love the va support!

The menu entrees was limited but we were give 4 off menu specials. That was awesome. Everything we had was great. The flat breed pizzas are amazing, the calzones are delicious and look like they weigh 5 pounds.

We will continue to visit this restaurant especially in the spring and summer after a long day on the river.

Awesome Food and Service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Tuna bites and Salsa was incredible - Meatloaf and sauce was amazing. Will definitely be back.

My fiancé and I have never had a bad experience at Serve. The food is always fresh and delicious and the staff are very hospitable.

Found this little spot today and decided to give it a try to our surprise turned out to be a great place to get a home-cooked meal so if you're ever in downtown Franklin stop in and give it a try for sure. You will not be disappoint .....

Meg was our waitress and she was fantastic. We have a member of our family suffering with alzhiemers. Meg mad our meal and the atmosphere it was served in the best Christmas meal ever.

My mother and I had lunch there when I came home to visit. I had noticed a lot of buzz on Facebook from my. Ack home friends so I wanted to check it out. The place looks great. I got a flat bread and mom, the philly cheesesteak. Both were AMAZING! Staff were very friendly and I got to have a nice conversation with Nick. This is a spot I will be returning too when visiting.

12/20/24. 13:30 hrs. Waitress Jess. I could not believe the amount of food for the price. It outclassed anything in the area. It has an air of high expectations and it lives up to every point. Date night or just lunch this place has it all. You will not be disappointed at all. I live in Murfreesboro and nothing here can match price and quality of the food. Class is what it should be named. Noting in my town holds a candle. Here food is overpriced for what you get and not even as good. Serve will get my business from now on for a classy dinner at a great price. Check it out.

Delicious food as always. Friendly staff that makes sure your drinks are full. The crab Rangoon Flatbread was put of this world good. 🤤🤤 10/10 bussin!!!

Had an amazing great tasting flatbread. I wish they had the olive oil and garlic drizzle to drizzle over my flatbread. Great tasting combination and the place is beautiful on the inside. I hope them success! #friendliness #kindness hmmmm thats the winning ticket. Quickness and Hot fresh food options.

Atmosphere is pretty cool in there for starters. Host/waitress was attentive and nice. Food is great. Recommend the buffalo wings, roxie wrap and the blonde farmer flatbread, you wont be disappointed. Order some of their honey mustard too, thank me later!

Excellent food! Very clean, comfortable and well decorated space! Personable and efficient wait staff! The avocado grilled tuna BLT is excellent! The chicken sandwich was enjoyed tremendously, too. Sweet potato fries and homemade chips are wonderful accompaniments. Very good portions!
