Bojangles

Pretty decent place to pick up some grub, i always grab something from here whenever i stop to get fuel. As long as you're not coming in with some sort of fine dining expectations from a truck stop chicken joint, then you won't be disappointed.

Great location. Food was fast and hot. I could hear the staff actually communicating with each other about the orders coming in.

First time trying Bojangles and OMG 😭 I love it. I hate other chicken places now, besides raising cane's...but OMG 😭😭 GIMME MOREEE I'm so fat 😂

I don't usally post reviews on fast food chain restaurants because there very generic but this one is special. It's a a truck stop and my home town is in Charlotte the birth place of bo-j delicious food as always and boy eating this reminds me of home. Delicious food wouldn't have it any other way.

The food was great and fresh. Service was amazing at this location. They also make the best coffee I have ever had at a Bojangles. I will make this a regular stop on the way to VA Beach.
Tuesday’s and Thursday’s they have all you can eat chicken.

Leah or Mia (I’m sorry) was absolutely phenomenal just amazing customer service I would come to this location just for her service. P.S. the food was good too lol

Best drive thru service ever from the young man (16-17?) operating the window service. Very professional, clear spoken, and courteous.
I go to Franklin Bojangles often and they are pretty reliable and a Lot better than Franklin Burger King.

The young man working at the drive-thru window was kind, courageous, respectable, sincere, and an outright amazing human being. His glasses glimmered and reflected the parking lot lights, giving me a sense of hope about the future of this restaurant. This man has put the shine back in Bojangles, but unfortunately I do not know his name. He's also the world's premier harmonica player, who I have seen playing at venues outside of this restaurant. His performance at the Biology festival was particularly encapsulating.

They were really busy in the evening but, they were still able to get my food out very fast. For this being my first time at Bojangles, it was really good and made a good impression! The food was hot and tasted really good. The cashier tonight was very kind and courteous. 5 stars

Ahhh Bojangles. How I have missed u. Military bases up north really need you in their lives. Excellent service, quality ingredients and super helpful and friendly staff.
I had a older tasting biscuit and the lady up front seemed genuinely upset that I had been given a less than satisfying meal. She replaced the entire meal and gave me a coupon for a free meal on my next visit! I'll definitely be back

Just left the Franklin location attached to Loves. Staff was VERY FRIENDLY, provided superb customer service! Looking forward to my next visit!

They have the best biscuits there are in my area I truly love them the rest of the family also loves the chicken I just can't have it hot like they have it other than that I'd be eating that too but if you ever want a homemade biscuit please go there you will not regret it

This has to be the cleanest bojangles I have ever been in. Everything was good, from the service to the food to the sweet tea. Even my husband had to comment on the tea! We spent a considerable amount of time there because we were waiting for someone and my baby befriended an elderly couple there. They were sweet enough to indulge him and the restaurant allowed us to be in there. We enjoyed ourselves and especially the good food! Will definitely be back all the way from Newport News!

The service and food delivery are both fast; and of all the times I’ve been there, no one in my group nor I have ever gotten our order messed up! The restaurant is clean for dine-in as well. Great salads!!

I have not been at a Bojangles before. I got the three piece chicken with mac & cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. The chicken breast was very moist and tender and the wings that came with it was the sameway. In all the food was very good and I would recommend it to my friends also.

The chicken was delicious the rice had enough flavor.. But the biscuit is what you go for. It was a little pricey.

It's Bo time. And when it's at the best gas station around, it's a great pit stop. No shade anywhere tho. ;(

The chicken here is always fresh and moist. Well seasoned, served with choice of wonderful sides. Breakfast biscuit are always fresh, crunchy outside, soft and tender inside, fantastic with buttery spread and jelly. Food is always hot and flavorful.
