I must say that this location by far is the best Krystal's in Jacksonville! Every single time I order from this location everyone who works there are friendly, professional and just perfect. Tonight I ordered from Anthony and I must say that he needs a raise in pay and I even believe he should own his own franchise! One of the best employees that you have. Keep up the good work Anthony and I know that you will go far! Thank you again for being just a great person who cares.

I went last night at 1 am. Only one person working. She had a great attitude. Was fast, friendly, and efficient. Food was fresh, tasty, and yummy. I was amazed at her ability to multitask. I've gone to plenty of fast food restaurants that are fully staffed can easily take over 20 minutes to get your food. Thank you for awesome service 💗

Our experience was great.. Kayla's excellent customer service was definitely on point and the cooks Josh S and Josh P did their thang in the kitchen with some of the best Krystals we've had in a long time.. Keep up the great work you guys were awesome!!

It was shift change when there like 9 too 10 pm and the changed shift was awesome sweet kind lady at counter and very nice pleasant and grrrreat

I don’t know if it’s a new shift running breakfast, but on the date of 6/2/23 yes the morning shift was amazing wonderful, hot food and excellent customer service. Thank you Krystal’s.

Love the cheeseburgers no onion and I know that there burgers are cooked with onions I used to work for them myself lol. Chilly cheese fries with ranch dressing off the chain and let's not forget the Chilli itself.

I just want to say thank you to Sarah & Rhonda for providing the best customer service and well my food since I was ignored and waited two hours at the Normandy location in the drive through. DO NOT VISIT THE NORMANDY LOCATION. The staff doesn't want to work and the manager is extremely rude.

The person on the drive through, Dec 22 around 11pm, was exceptional. They were very chipper and gave a great customer experience. I hope someone from management or corporate office reads this because I think that employee deserves recognition.

Absolutely love this location. Inside and out fast,fresh and friendly. I enjoy the drive thru cashiers. And i never have a problem. Ever since they remodeled it is a completely different store. Everyone can say what they want but if you are nice and friendly so are they. I would rather go to this one night or fay over the other 3 around the area hands down. Hreat management and staff. Trina is the greatest and so are her employees.

The spicy wings are back with cooked to perfection. The customer service team could use a little more training.

One of the best experience at a krystals. Usually pretty slow.but food came out in timely manner, and all was hot and tasted like krystals do.

2 chili cheese pups
1 chili cheese fry and
a sweet.
I ate every bit.
And it was good..
I Will regret all of the cheese later.
