I called with a sleuth of ignorant, annoying questions regarding the unlocking of my iPhone. The gentleman answered everything with patience and a tone that made me know he wasn’t just trying to get me off his phone line. his tone made it clear that this team of tech professionals actually know what they are doing; they genuinely care about the community they are serving and they are doing an excellent job! Don’t hesitate; get your work done here and be satisfied!

The staff was extremely helpful and efficient. My new iPhone was fixed promptly, they even helped me with my fix my daughters old galaxy for free. This is by far one of, if not the best, phone repair store in North East Florida. A++

Dealt with a guy named James, super professional and down to earth. My iPhone took a nasty fall and I must say, I honestly thought it was done for. I'm now happy to say I'm highly satisified with with my newly fixed iPhone! So do yourself a favor, before you spend your good money on a replacement phone, give this a try first, it just may save you as it did me!

The owner was so helpful. Came to get my iPhone 6 screen and charger jack fixed. He fixed the jack without charging me. Fast, honest service. Hopefully I will not need to fix my screen again, but if I do, I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The wife thought her screen was cracked on her 6s so I decided to take it down to Beyond Wireless to see about getting it repaired, found out it was the glass screen protector that was cracked & not the actual phone. Bought a new Screen Protector & figured as long as I was there I would get her battery replaced also. Great prices, excellent work & you get in an out quicker than if you went to the Apple Store. Now just need to bring my iPhone in for a new battery.

Needed a new back to my Samsung Note 8. They were able to get one in two days, installed it in 10 minutes, and I was a happy camper! Happy with the price! Next time I need my cell phone worked on, they'll get my business.

Went to get my daughter's iPhone fixed. The problem was not as simple as we had hoped, but James got everything taken care of for us. The price was nice, and I was surprised at the amount of accessories and phone cases that were in stock. If we have any future phone problems, this is where we are going. Worth the trip over the bridge!

My experience at Beyond Wireless was nothing but wonderful, James replaced my 8 plus screen around the middle of December in just about 15 minutes. Unfortunately I had to go back for a screen exception that he fixed immediately. I would recommend anyone with phone issues to go see James he will fix any problems you have and he is very reasonable is price

Came to the store to get my pictures from an old iPhone that got water damage and the owner helped me get a new screen on and do a back up on the phone so that I could keep my lost photos! We found out the back camera didn’t work so I decided not to get a new screen on the phone but after guessing through a ton of old passwords to get the correct one so we could access the iCloud backup and then waiting forever for the phone to back up he didn’t even charge me anything! Extremely nice guy and awesome service, Thank you!

Have gone to this place to have my cellphones repaired a few times during the last 8 years, with the last time being a couple of weeks ago. Have received honest, competent service every time. Definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service and can't beat the price or turn around time! $60 and 10 minutes! Very happy customer! Hope I don't have to get a phone screen fixed again anytime soon, but if I do...I know where I'm going!

The charging cord on my wife"s I pad broke apart inside the charging port. After spending several mins trying to figure out how to get the broken piece out, (considered trying super glue ), and having no luck with tweezers, I decided to take it to the best repair service place in Florida! He had the bad piece out in under 10 seconds and didn't charge me a dime. I guarantee the other places would want to write me a ticket and come back in a few days to pay 40$, or 50$ (or more) for the same simple repair. He wouldn't accept any money for the repair, so I feel obligated, (though he didn't ask), to write another great review for this place.

The guy over ther is not only a big boy but a great bussness man who know how to take care of customers. Great personality who not see the money first but the happiness of people with cell phone needs.

The repair service gentleman james was very helpful and provided good customer service and explanation of what was wrong with the phone. He repaired the phone in a short time and was very professional. I recommend you using this service.

I went there a couple of weeks ago since my screen cracked on some bricks. I went in and the guy who was working fixed my screen in 10 minutes. If I would have exchanged my phone with my carrier, it would have cost me $180. I saved $100 just going here.
