Stafford Marketplace

This place is just convenience! It's like a very mini-mall. There is a variety of several different stores, through a short distance which is an amazing factor! I can get pretty much EVERYTHING I need in this little area & after a long day, that's exactly what I personally want!

People ask why I take so many pictures. And then also why the reviews?! You have to try this kebab location if you live in Stafford/Fredericksburg. Coming in to meet the fine, friendly servers and nosh some good, healthy food will make your day so much brighter & better. Gua-ran-teed! ☀

Vegetarian, pescatarian, carnivore — all the best of your Middle Eastern and Persian delicacies. Plenty of lot parking. Cash or Card. (And do tip these people well, please! Went to Target in Stafford Marketplace to do some light shopping for clothes and groceries. They have completely revamped Target clothes selection for the better, considering the younger generations.

I visited the area from out of town. I wish I had a market place like this where I live. It’s everything you could possibly think of in one location. You would think this would cause traffic or parking overflow but I didn’t even run into those issues.

Multiple vendors here. Goodwill and storage in the back. Neighborhood Walmart, ABC Store, coffee shop (The Grounds) and Sheetz gas station.

It's got a variety of shops and restaurants. I went to Al Basha Grill and Kung Fu Tea. Food was great! Tea was excellent.

This place is organized and easy to find parking, I can find what I need here all the time.

Really like the layout of the stores here. Coming from a place where big malls were plentiful, I find I like this layout more. I have no idea who the design team were that put this together, but I am very impressed by the results!

This is a wonderful place to shop. They have everything, Kohls, Ross, Homegoods, TJMAXX, Target, Ulta, Bath and Body Works plus many many more stores! They even have a Hallmark store! Love this place!

I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks in Target! They are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and my drinks are always made perfectly!! Even if the line is long they bust it out quickly! Friendly service with a smile is always a plus! Most days I’ll jump out to get my Starbucks here instead of the stand alone store near by!

Usually when I gi there I spend from 3 to 5 hours.
You have all the shopping centers and places to eat, and drink coffee and relax... perfect package

There’s plenty of stores here to shop at; all have different things to offer whether is shopping for clothes and furniture, pet care supplies, tools, food, anything really. Very convenient to have all these stores in one area. I always find everything I need here.

There are a lot of stores. From makeover to crafts

The parking lot here is huge, which is great especially during the holidays. GREAT STORE SELECTIONS!! ..almost a miniature version of the shopping area across from Spotsylvania Mall: Target, $5 and Below right next to Dollar Tree, Kohl's right next to Ross, and TJ Maxx and Home Goods right next to Lowe's. Plus 5 Guys next to a bunch of exotic eateries, a decent grocery store (Shoppers), and some specialty stores. The four-way stop seems to confuse everyone unfortunately (even though it shouldn't), but the traffic pattern after entry is the only thing I think they should improve.

I always go to the branches of party city store, but today i went to stafford marketplace this was the first time I've dealt with a kind employee named LINDA at party city.she is kind , respectful and assist customers.

When i was younger I'd come here to look around all day with friends, just enough stores to keep a group of preteen girls busy all day.

Tonight was also national night out and i think this was the perfect place for it. And they had just enough security / traffic control, just the right size, everything was fun and my little sister went mad with power with all the free stuff that was handed out. They had rock climbling and a little train for the kids. S. O. Much to do and see, every vendor I met was lovely, as were all the officers, fire department, disaster prep/awareness people. We sat in a firetruck and got to ask questions about it, lots of fliers and useful information. Turns out my pepper spray is bad after a year 😵‍💫. Lots of DOGS! Liberty can smell fire starter liquids 100/10

Love this shopping center. Lots of great stores all within walking distance. Home Goods is the draw for me. And coming from Woodbridge it's a short drive and soo easy getting off the highway and immediately into the shopping center.
