My mailman Mike Kaiser is the best mailman I have ever had. He goes above and beyond in assisting us in my wife’s EBay side business from day one. Most of the time if I have a good day, and have more than 5 or 6 big packages for him to pick up, and he has no room, he comes back to my house to pick them up after his full day, wow!!! He comes back!!! When he has been on vacation, I have had some substitutes tell me they have no room and keep driving, even though I put in a pick up request. I can’t imagine my eBay being as successful as it it has without mailman Mike!!! Thank you!!!

I see a lot of negative reviews about the post office but I’d like to give a good one. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered. It wasn’t. Then it went to undeliverable. So I double checked the address and everything was correct on the order. The next thing I know it was being sent back to sender in California! I was like wait a minute. It can make it all the way across country and not 2 miles to my house?! So I emailed the post office. I had phone call first thing the following morning. The lady said that there were new people working and it was a mix up and the package would be there today. I got my package that day. She was polite and understanding. I suggest everyone get informed delivery to know where there important mail and packages are. I’m tracking one today that said it was delivered last night. Well it wasn’t to my house so I emailed again last night and hope for a call today.

Always quick and calm even when I come in with a ton of packages due to falling behind. Tabatha is amazing, professional and never have had any issues with her or anyone else. Have even witness a customer upset over something she had no control over and she showed so much class. Does get busy so try to go when it's not to horrible

This place isn’t bad, people just don’t have patience nor the respect for the employees. It’s a small facility with limited parking. The line is hectic during the holidays and with covid at its rise, it doesn’t help make it easier. I come here to ship out my packages and renew my passport to this location & I can’t complain about my experience. Also, for previous individuals who complain about them not providing mask, you’re an adult! You should already have one on hand. I applaud the employees there who have to deal with insensitive individuals who complain about the littlest things.

It may be always busy but I really can’t complain about the service. Gail has helped me so much when it came to mailing my husband packages on deployment. Great conversation.

I like people more... They are very nice, good and friendly.... But the office building is very old and need renovation....

This post office is awesome! I have dropped off over 900 packages between Oct 2020-Dec2020 in the Pre-pay basket and everyone one has been scanned. These employees are amazing!

I for one have always had a great time here. Everyone who works here is good at their job and it's he customers who are bad. You can trust me on that. Because I don't work there. I am a customer and I don't work there. I go there every day and everyone is so nice. Which is refreshing to me because, once again, I wanna reiterate, I don't work there. I am a customer not an employee

i went there last friday for the first time. this one particular lady (didnt get her name) was really helpfull and made my process of sending a package over seas to my boyfriend very easy, fast. ive never been to a post office and had a great experience before like i had at this one. i will be a repeat customer! downside to this one is the parking lot is very small and parking spots fill up fast!

I’m not sure why everyone has rated this office so low. I’ve been twice and both times the employees were helpful and nice. Wait times were typical for the time of day and staffing levels

That has been my only complaint about this branch.
I always get fast and friendly service. 1000 times better than the one in VA Beach behind walmart near town center.

Went in to ask about a passport appointment .I was out of there in about 20 minutes with all my paperwork taken care of .Mae was super friendly and professional . The customer service was spot on .

Went in on a very busy Friday afternoon to mail some packages and the staff moved through the line quick with good customer service.

Mae had me in and out in 8 minutes for my passport application appointment at 1:15pm on a Tuesday
