I can't say enough good things about Jimmy Joe's! This was my first time working with them and I have nothing but great things to say! Daisy and Beverly are wonderful in the sales office and Tim and TJ do a fantastic job installing. They just installed a new washer for us and worked with us timely so we didn’t have to keep washing clothes other places! They took away our old washer and checked the new one to make sure it all was working properly before they left. Their prices are very competitive with the “big box” stores but installation and customer service is above and beyond what those chain stores can offer! I'm so thankful for family owned businesses that still care about their customers! Thank you guys!!

They just installed new kitchen appliances for us and we ran into several issues (due to the construction of the house) and they were extremely patient and went above and beyond to get them installed. Any other company would have taken one look at our house and said "you're not ready, cya". But Tim and TJ took the time to fix everything and get it all working properly before they left. I'm so thankful for family owned businesses that still care about their customers!

I have been using the services of Jimmy Joe's for years. I had a service done today. People you really need to go see them for your appliances and appliance service. Tim and his son TJ are amazing!! They are always pleasant and have a smile on their face. So very friendly. Excellent service as always!! Will always recommend them.

Tim and TJ just delivered and installed our new Maytag washer and dryer. They were extremely professional and took extra care with our floors during installation. We are thrilled with their service. Old school the way it used to be. They definitely know what they are doing. I will hopefully never have to buy a large appliance from a big box store again. I highly recommend them for all of your appliance purchases and service. As a business owner myself I am usually not impressed with the service you receive today, these guys are the exception. TJ was amazing. Repair of ice maker worked awhile then failed again. He made second service call, found why it failed again, found replacement part and came back to install and all at no additional charge. Rare to see this kind of service in a company.will use again for all my repairs.

Tim and TJ have been awesome to deal with when I've had issues with our aging appliances. They are quick to respond and get out to you for any issues you may be having. They have worked on my fridge and dryer. 10/10.

Wonderful people to deal with. They had the part in stock that I needed to fix my oven and they even tossed in a small piece of hardware at no charge to make the repair easier. It's nice to see a family business like this still around these days. Thanks so much for your help!

Very capable and nice people. I will definitely give them my business in the future, whether it is to buy an appliance or to have one repaired. I have had 100% satisfaction with them--much better than the "big box" stores I have dealt with.

Nice people Great service. A customer can great applicenes and deliveries straight to their home. I live right beside Jimmy Joe's Applinace Store. I've known the man for years and trust him completely when it comes to my appliance needs sales or service. Go on by there and look arond if you are in need of a washer,dryer,stove,microwave, or need any of repairs to these kinds of appliances.

Though I never get to see them Tim and his son have always been prompt, fair and they did a great job replacing our microwave. Thanks so much, I sent a check via the bank bill pay today.

Good Ole Mom and Pop store. If they don't have it they'll get it. Good folks that know their stuff. Ask for Daisy, she was very helpful...

Needed a oven element they ordered it for me I had it next day oven works great again Very nice people to deal with I will be giving them my business for my appliance needs

Really what I need it explained everything to me showed everything to me a good locally owned store that will show you everything and wait on you like you got a million bucks
