Sonic Drive-In

miss joy always makes my visit a nice one! the food was spot on fresh and hot! i always get my asked for condiments! brilliant service! not a fan of the toast recently, i asked for a blt on alternative bread and was recommended the brioche with cheese! it was delicious!

Love the drive up option. It is so convenient when you have kids with you. Their drinks are the absolute best! Also good hot food.

With all that's happening it's nice to stop at a familiar place and go through the same procedure as before. It's already a drive thru, so no big changes. At times that's what we need. With that everything feels the same to the service and quality of food. Keep it up guys.

The staff were great to talk to and is didn't make me feel rushed even though I show up 5 minutes before they closed

Order exact and price as expected. Food brought out fast n hot. Delicious

General manager George was exceptional. Exactly the way a manager should treat their customers extremely professional extremely caring for his employees. We tipped the girls and tried to tip him but instead he declined and gave the money to his employees. If sonic doesn't know by now they need to because he is a 100% an asset to their company. Way to go George! Thank you for the excellent service tonight!

great place top stop and get food after buger king up the roadway was horrible thank you sonic for fixing their mistakes and making my night so much better

Tried the new "Chocolate" Blasts from Sonic. They tasted great, though as suspected it appears they just added chocolate syrup to their ice cream base. This is not necessarily a bad thing and I am surprised it took them this long to add it as an option. Either way our experience was great, the hot food was fresh and delicious. 😋

We are in from Louisiana. The service was phenomenal. The GM actually came outside to apologize about the wait because they were short staffed and we still got served by the GM within 10 minutes. I cannot say good enough about this sonic and the general manager George. They were great!

Stopped to grab a few slushies to help me and the kids beat the heat. Even being SUPER understaffed, the 2 people in the place still had a great attitude and work ethic!

Ratchet. Couldn't use restrooms. Peed in my Uber orders smoothie instead.

George the general manager was absolutely AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩 after our meal he came out to check and make sure everything was satisfactory for us his personality and politeness was an absolute delight I can definitely see why he is a GM 😁

I LOVE the pretzels. Always so hot and fresh!!! Their drinks are always just right. I love these two items. I also love that if you order on the app, you get 1/2 price drinks anytime.

Great food, Fast friendly service. Atmosphere was clean, not noisy, made it easy to hear and order. Some music but not too loud.

This cycle was a little bit faster as far as answering the button call food was excellent. Just like the other staff was friendly always had a smile on my face when they brought your food.

George, the gm, excelled at customer service. He went above and beyond and seemed to be carrying the weight of the team. Taking and delivering orders all with a smile. The slushes and food were sub par, but George was the shining star!

Its amazing how there is this one little girl running everything in the morning, MISS JOY YOU ARE AMAZING! She has a great attitude with everything, overheard another giving her a hard time on the stall next to me, she kept the positive vibes and fixed what was needed. I dont mean to be a snoop, but I also work in the food business and people can be difficult as hell. This girl needs a promotion! Breakfast burritos hit the comfort morning spot, and Tea taste the best at this sonic. My momma agrees, best sweet tea!!!!

I stop at sonic on 231 in the morning before work. Miss Joy is the sweetest and kindest employee I’ve ever encountered. She is always ready to greet you with a smile. She is the reason I go to this location. This girl deserves kudos and a raise!! Y’all are lucky to have her.

Place was well maintained, clean, and very well organized.
All employees that I dealt with, were very friendly, helpful, respectful, and very efficient.

Was there 7/27/23 st 5:00 pm the place was hoping. The manger gose out of his way to make it an enjoyable time. Would recommend.
