The whole experience was great, from the food to the customer service. Savannah in the drive-thru was very sweet and had a beautiful smile on her face the entire time she was helping me.

Faith and Trenton were super friendly and helpful! This is one of few Wendy’s I will go back to based on customer service. Keep up the good work!!

My family and I absolutely love Wendy's food. They have a nice selection of menu items and the frosty's are to die for we prefer the chocolate one over the vanilla. And the small snack size is just right. I brought my friend's daughter here to get a frosty cause she never had one but she didn't like the texture at all. This store is clean the parking lot is well kept they have a public restroom. And they got our order right in the drive-through.

That tea in the morning is so good. Food is fresh. When tap pay was down drive thru lady provided other options to pay. It's always a good experience everytime I come to this location. Thank you. Because I know working fast food is hard. Keep up the great work.

My favorite fast food in town. This is a couple of blocks from my house and is my go-to place for a quick meal. The employees are always nice and helpful and appreciate their customers. Everything I have ordered is served hot and customized just like I want it.
The App has not been a pain but hopefully Wendys corporate will make it a priority to address.

In town for the week, staying at the hotel behind Wendy’s.
By far one of THE best Wendy’s I’ve been to. And I love Wendy’s. The employees are amazing! The food was fantastic. Fresh meat and veggies (tomatoes especially). Fresh hot fries.

This Wendy’s restaurant is unique because it always has special dishes at affordable prices. It also strives to make seniors feel appreciated with free drinks and frosties 😊

The Wendy's in Lynn Haven is the best in Bay County.

Good food, after my husband got the burger that was left off our order. We were not greeted, nor even acknowledged, while we waited at the counter for more than 5 minutes after the person in front of us left. Then the lady was extremely rude when my husband told her about the missing burger. I think they must have been a bit busy before we got there, but, there was hardly anyone in there at the time we were. It was pretty comfy sitting down and eating in a clean, quiet place after 3 hours of shopping. I know cashiers get tired, but, in a place like Wendy's you are supposed to be trained to always smile and be polite. Experienced, retired hospitality worker speaking.

For a two window drive thru, they should have been much faster. With only 2 sandwiches And 1 drink on my order, and no one in front of me, it took almost 5 minutes from payout to delivery

New visit - new experience! Mid day, peak lunchtime, 12 cars ahead of me in line. Total wait time from entry to exit was just under 6 minutes.. pretty amazing for the number of cars ahead of me!

My food was fresh and hot and the Staff was nice. The only thing I was able to say anything about was the sitting area was not cleaned up with items left on the tables.

We come here about once a month and they usually do a great job for fast food. Tonight they went above and beyond. First, they gave our dogs frostys!!!!! Next, they missed a few things on our order. When we called back and asked what we should do, the woman told us to come to the front door and call. When we got there. The manager was outside and gave us more than we asked for. What an amazing service by them. They gained some customers for life. Great job Wendy’s!!!

Was a good, clean and fast experience. Lady was very accurate and polite and service was great. And the food was fresh and I would recommending them to anyone. The drive through can be a little wait but worth it. Fresh drinks and fresh hot food Everytime.

At this location the quality of service here is outstanding. The manager Heather seems to always be there. I think she needs a raise and time off. The crew seems polite. The food is fresh and got and not burnt.

The service here was very efficient and we got our food quickly. The restaurant was very clean. This is a well ran Wendy's.
