Roses Discount Store

Had an AWESOME "first visit" at this location this past Tuesday!! After experiencing a nightmare of horrible customer service on a "second visit" to the Roses on Military Hwy last Saturday, l decided to try this location and prayed that it wasn't a trend within Roses chains. I will tell you that it was a 360!! When l walked in, the store was welcoming and bright. I spent about 2 hours in the store and enjoyed my experience retrieving many items that l returned to Military Hwy!

All of the employees that I spoke with were upbeat, kind, and had great personalities! One employee stood out in particular, his name is Mero, the customer service manager. Mero was awesomely amazing!! I can see why he's the customer service manager! He was funny, patient, and kind!! Most importantly, he definitely made me feel APPRECIATED as a customer!! He Even came out and helped me load up items that I had to put in my car!!

Military highway should take heed and BEG him to train their cashiers and customer service employees who lack customer/human etiquette!! Even though this store is further than military highway, I will happily drive over there to shop, again, again, and again!! Matter fact... I'm on my way now!!

Love this place. Anything u need u will find here & always at a great price. NOW, my favorite thing to do at Rose's is cloths shop. I found & love the clothing brand > "7 SOULS", among others. I never leave without storing up on my "African American Pride Side Tshirts. Currently making this comment bc wanted to know hours for today. On My Way to you Now! I 🖤🤍, Rebecca

I love Rose's, I have been going there for year's,and I tell everyone I meet to go to Rose's. People always compliment on my clothes I get from their. I always say thank God for Rose's. It is really good to have a store like it is.

Arissa, a Roses store associate, saw Thomas and I walk into the store. He had difficulty walking, even with my help. However, he really needed a winter coat, so Arissa suggested that we wait at a convenient place near the door and she would do the walking for us. Arissa made several trips until Thomas and I were satisfied at the selection. Then Arissa kindly completed our transaction at the cash register. Arissa admirably represented Roses Stores and herself in an exceptionally professional, friendly, and dedicated manner. Thank you so much!

Rose's is no Bloomingdales but you sure can get some excellent Bargains there. You can't beat it for price I enjoy going there. You'll never know what items you will find that are awesome and inexpensive.

Great place to shop! Friendly service! Prices are very reasonable especially if you are on a budget!! Has everything you would need!! Would definitely recommend this is a great place to shop!

Great prices and selection, store's usually not crowded, the check out lines are brief . One of my favorite stores to shop in.

I love Rose's..they offer great products you can't find anywhere else... prices are very good... HOWEVER, they desperately need a stocker... freight was sitting in boxes all over the store...

I saw the DVD players and the CD 💿 players. It also included speakers.

Had not been to this Roses in year, still a good one to shop at. I shop Roses in Newport News and on Military Hwy. Stop at Roses you will find some good Deals.
