Sam's Club

I truly enjoy my weekly club pickups. The make my week more manageable. The convenience of pickup is second to none! The customer service is superb and the quality of the merchandise is excellent. Highly recommend.

This store is at 1501 Sam’s circle chesapeake Virginia 23320 off battlefield and Volvo parkway.Their groceries prices are affordable , Meat, bread , vegetables,got good price . Clothes and shoes and clothes some are brand names and prices are genuine even some lower than others. You can buy books, outdoor items, tires electronic, household stuff on reasonable price.we bought clothes and grocery that was affordable. We bought milk, bread, clothes, shoes vegetables and detergent some other grocery affordable price and very nice. In the end we eat in the cafeteria. We Self check in I like this option. Very large parking lot.customer service at cafeteria is excellent overall customer service is good. I got free tires rotation because bought tires from them.

Late April 2022 and I was most impressed….purchased a car battery from them and they were extremely helpful. I can’t recommend enough. Located on Sam’s Circle near Battlefield Blvd and Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake. Competitive gas ⛽ prices as well.

Loretta ordered my contacts for me, and she was just a ray of human sunshine! She's not only kind, but she had me laughing the whole time she was doing my paperwork. I will be coming back specifically because of her :)

Special thanks to everyone in produce! I am beyond amazed & touched. Gina was busy doing online orders & she walked all the way to produce to find me help. While waiting for help within 15 mins of standing still, I had 3 other REALLY nice produce guys ask if I need help & also checked on my order for me. The 2 produce ladies who brought my order to my cart, full of welcoming smiles. The bakery lady on the phone was super friendly & helpful. I had such a bad day until I met this really nice hard working staff here. Costco has very mean & rude service. I'm only shopping Sam's from now on. I just love the staff here! Beautiful store. Thank you to the gentleman cleaning the produce shelves who greeted me with a nice smile even though his job looks really hard, he made everything spotless. I appreciate all of you so much!!!

Sam’s is always fully stocked. Customer service is awesome. Everyone is always smiling when they greet you. My food is always fresh and perfectly priced.

We visit several different Sam's Club locations to shop and get medications oftentimes around dinner time. I'm updating my review after tonight EXCELLENT experience with the Sam's Cafe at Sam's Circle. Two people we had particularly excellent service from are Zizi and Christian. It's nice being treated as human and not just another dollar. We acknowledged these two to management as well. If you stop by Sam's... be sure to stop by this eatery. The pizza was made perfect and the Hotdogs were still hot at the end of the day!!! Excellent job!!!!

Searched all over and couldn't find a sale item, and the employee even looked in database and not there. The vitamin c plus zinc on sale not available, and I drove >90 miles r/t to purchase. I'm very disappointed.

Best thing about Sams to me and the reason I drive past Costco to get there? No lines when checking out with the app! In and out with no problems!

Ms. Josie is the best! She greeted me with a smile. She was very helpful knowledgeable and friendly. I found my earphones thanks to her. ***KUDOS *** to Ms. Josie

scan & go for the win! All shelves were stocked. You cannot go wrong with scan & go. Even though there's hardly any cashier's the self checkout is still pretty long. I never wait except to walk out. I wish everyone else would do this.

We went to go get the cupcakes we ordered and the colors weren’t correct. Thank goodness a wonderful person named Alexis was able to fix our order within 5 minutes. She was so helpful and so friendly. It’s people like her that make us keep coming back to Sam’s! Thanks Alexis for saving our birthday party!

Sams was fully staffed. Shopping was easy and the shelves were well stocked.

Wasn't crowded today found what I needed and was out in good time.

Mostly go for the gas. When I do buy items, being able to buy in bulk is always good

My choice in big box stores.. The services I receive are exemplary, and their prices are unmatched. Definitely the best in my opinion

I’ve come to like Sam’s over Costco. The people there are nicer and more welcoming. The service is better and I get no bad attitudes like Costco. We used to shop exclusively at Costco. Now we almost exclusively shop at Sam’s. We use their credit card and their gas. I think the app could use some improvement as well as their ads. However Sam’s is better than Costco hands down.

I am always impressed with how clean and well stocked the store is, how friendly the associates are, and how the organization overall it's been overall tries to make the customer experience a positive one. Still a great shopping experience. Tyg

The many times I go in I find just what I'm looking for. The people there are quick to help you locate the items you are looking for and suggestions to the better product if there happen to be a choice. The amazing app they have helps at the fuel pump along with inside scan and go.
