I am extremely happy with my purchase and the service I received from this establishment. Missy was extremely polite and informative!!! Great Customer service seems to be a not so common practice anymore in todays day and age, but not @ Williams Gun and Pawn. They have done MORE than just earn my business. Their gun smith is extremely knowledgeable as well!!

Alwas real nice and they will work with you if you late on a pawn just make sure you call and let them know if your going to be late this is why I buy all my guns from them

I extremely disagree with the previous review. I have a feeling they were in there trying to get a used gun pawn shop price on a new gun. I actually live in St. Augustine and have family in Panama City, had a rifle that I didn't use and worked on a trade/sale for a pistol to conceal carry. They aren't over priced, they aren't under priced, however you can look online at the prices that the specific gun you're looking at is going for and he will be extremely close. He gave me a good price on my rifle and thanks to my Conceal Permit I only had to pay the difference and was out the door after all the proper procedure of course. They're very knowledgeable and have great customer service. I definitely recommend working with them more than anyone else.

I was looking to get a shotgun worked on because there was a screw stuck. Their gunsmith brought it to the back to try and get the screw our but was unsuccessful. He explained how to drill it out and didn't charge me or pressure me into letting them do it.

I went back after browsing around other shops for an auto shotgun. They seemed to have some of the best prices and best selection of used guns. They were friendly and real with me on the type of gun I would probably want and the price they could charge. I will definitely go back for another one.

Not only have they helped me, unfortunately, when times get like they do once a year, regarding my wallet, but they are American... They LOVE their Families, They LOVE Their Weapons, AND I KNOW, that they LOVE this Country, because I CANNOT go inside with my Service Dog, without them Thanking, and Appreciating, Myself, MY Family, and my Service, that PROUDLY PROTECTED fine Americans as themselves... Kind, Knowledgeable, and Helping! Make NO MISTAKE​ THOUGH! Safety, and Security, is what allows them to go home to their Families, and they have NO PROBLEM, protecting themselves... Bad People, you were warned!

Love them! If you are buying a gun this is the place to go. They are very knowledgeable about everything and do not pressure you into anything you don't want. We have bought 2 guns there and well forever more do business with them.

I was passing through on my way to Panama City to visit family. I stopped to look around and see what they had to offer. I found the service to be very good.. I was able to ask questions and look at a number of guns that interest me. I thought they had a good selection to offer at what seemed to be fair prices.

I had also found a magazine that has been hard to find elsewhere and was happy with the price I paid for that magazine. They also have a great raffle going on right now for the Shaddai Shrine Benefit Banquet which give you an opertunity to win the NRA rifle of the year, limited production rifle. I would suggest stopping by and taking a look at what they offer.

I would consider myself to be a little picking when selecting a new firearm to my collection especialy used. I have my eye on a gun that I decided to think about over the weekend... after looking around online and other guns shops I am going to stop back on Monday and pick up that gun.

I also travel a bit through out North and Central Florida and I have been to many gun & pawn shops, Gun shows etc.. This gun shop is worth the stop to look around and see what they may have to offer for you.

Williams Gun & Pawn is a great place i have had nothing but good visits and great prices. the person who gave them one star needs to go back to school and learn how to spell. His grand kids i am assuming thats who they are wonderful ,and respectful.

Twice I've been to this location, and instead of lowballing or trying cheat me out of any value, they instead told me about what I had and told me about options that I had, and helped me get the best for what I was selling.
