Crocs at Williamsburg

It was good I went in there a few days before Christmas. They were busy but I was out of there in no time. I bought the wrong size and the exchange process was easy as well

Crowded every time I go. The store needs a bigger space. I'm not a fan of Crocs, but I am a comsumer for my daughter, and she loves them.

Hate they didn't have what I was looking for

It is clean and inviting, and the staff is friendly. They offer a nice variety of styles, making it a convenient stop.

I took my granddaughter Emma to Crocs for a new pair of wet-weather shoes. She fell in love! Thanks, Crocs! Service was professional and helpful. The store was clean. Recommended! (Note: Emma insisted that I add that she does not wear Crocs with socks in public.)

The selection in this store is primarily for women and children, I say that because I'm a man and the majority of shoes in the store are not for men. But Crocs is a great website and you can return things purchased off the website at the store. You can also exchange items from the website at the store, as long as you're exchanging like items. I was told that this store price matches off the website as long as it's identical item and size.

I loved this store. Had plenty of options to choose. With great colors and accessories. Staff was nice and conversational. Prices are a bit on the high side for the product, but that's to be expected for something that is popular. Don't forget to buy a few jibbitz!!!

I've heard a lot of people saying how comfortable they are,I finally purchased a pair with the lining inside. WOW!!! they are so comfortable 😌 feels like l have on a pair of UGGS. LOVE ♥ them,I've should have purchased them a long time ago. The sales reps was very helpful enjoyed. 😊😊

Great croc store all kids of stuff different designs.

I go for my work shoes. They're non-slip shoes are great for working in the restaurant. They're very comfortable, I'm in them for 9 hours a day and these lasted me 2 years! As soon as I walked in the store the sales guy asked me if I needed non slip shoes. I said yes, he brought me right to them and I purchased the exact same pair I had in my feet, and another pair that has adjustable straps. In and out in just a few minutes. Perfect shopping experience .

They had a great sale on the clearance Crocs; buy two, get two free! I found something for me, my son, and nephew!

Awesome customer service. Had really great deals. They also give a discount for active duty, veterans, and first responders.

My sister loves crocs! She gets them every year. Store was clean and lots of staff to help customers. Very pleased with the inventory.
