Waterstone at Jenks Apartments

I’ve lived in this wonderful community since 2021 and can’t recommend it highly enough. The people are professional and friendly, and the maintenance team is top-notch, always going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. They work tirelessly to keep the community running smoothly. As I prepare to leave, I wanted to give them the recognition they deserve.

We have lived here for over a year, and love it.
Staff is super helpful when we have concerns or questions.
Maintenance fixes any issue quickly.
Food trucks they bring in are awesome!
Overall great place to live.

It was amazing today what they did for all of us with a pool party & raffles! The best is how amazing they treat myself & both my dogs! They are very pet friendly!

Waterstone has been great to me for the last almost 2 years of my life. They were quick to respond to my apartment issues and were always kind to me, always brought a smile to my face, and even when there issues that i caused i never felt belittled or disrespected. My one and only issue with the complex is the parking situation in the back of the complex. Due to the way the apartment is set up there seems to be not enough spots for the residents and you may end up having to create your own spot. The location was great being 30 min from PCB 35 minutes from Tyndall 5m minutes from the hospital and multiple shopping options in close proximity. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend it to others.

What a beautiful place to come home to. The property is always so nice and kept up. We always enjoy the pool and having a cook out on our time off. The pool is always well maintained and ready for use. The staff here is great and quick to handle any situation you may need help with. They work really hard here to make it nice and safe for all of the tenants. The complex is a quiet community and has sufficient lighting at night. The apartments are very energy efficient and service calls are answered in record time. If your looking for someplace to call home Waterstone Jenks is sure worth stopping by for.

This place is awesome and everyone is kind. Very safe neighborhood. You won't be disappointed.

The Management Staff here is phenomenal! They always take such good care of their residents! I always feel like family when I walk into the office and they greet me by name! My Fiancé and I both live here and we enjoy the pool, grill out area, and our puppy loves going to the puppy park and walking around the pond! Maintenance staff addresses any issues super fast and always makes sure we are highly satisfied! We wouldn’t want to be any where else!

Best apartment complex I've ever been in!! I was here up until Hurricane Michael, then sadly had to move. I moved back in as soon as I could though, because I was very happy with this place. The apartments are spacious and very well kept along with the rest of the complex. The entire staff is awesome. They were always there to help me with anything I needed, especially during the craziness of the hurricane. Lauren, the manager, is amazing! She made moving back after the storm a breeze and worked with me when I got orders and sadly had to move out again. They are family oriented and really care about their residents! I highly recommend this place! Especially if you are military!!

5 stars for how quiet it is. I don’t know if the walls are really soundproof or if they just pick quality tenants, but I never heard anyone. I loved the screened in porch and in-unit washer and dryer!!! The front desk staff is incredibly helpful, and the maintenance guys were awesome. I had a few emergency requests and they were always there to help, even in the middle of the night.

The only downside was the construction on Jenks (not their fault) and way too many speed bumps… very hard on your car.

We have lived at Waterstone for 8 months. We have had an excellent experience. Our building is clean and updated, our apartment was in excellent condition when we moved in. The grounds and office are well maintained and the office staff is very friendly. The pond is beautiful and the pool is always clean. This has been a great place to live.

Waterstone is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and responsive. Any issues I have had have been taken care of immediately. The gym and pool are well maintained. It's a beautiful property and my pups love to take walks around the pond.

Let’s start by saying that Waterstone is, by far, the best apartment community I have ever lived in. Last November, living nearly 5 hours away from Panama City, I was offered a job, and had 2 weeks to pack and move to the area. My time was limited, as the travel to and from alone was 8-10 hours of the day. I researched, researched, and researched any and all apartment complexes and rentals in the area. Read reviews, looked at locations, amenities, etc. I felt pretty good about Waterstone before I even stepped foot on the property, but reviews and pictures don’t even come close to how wonderful, inviting, and caring this community is.

I placed an inquiry on the website not long after I was offered the job and once I felt good about proceeding to move further with getting a lease. The same day I received an email back from Lauren, one of the AMAZING leasing agents. From that very first email, I felt comfortable, and there was a true tone of care that is lost in most businesses anymore. Over the next week, Lauren worked with me via phone, email, and fax to find the right apartment home for me and get it held until I could make the drive to see it in person. I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful this community is.

I moved in mid November and truly have not had a problem since I have been here! The entire office staff—Lauren, Amy, Sandra, Whitney—any time you come in the office, they are the most welcoming group and genuinely want to do whatever they can to help you feel like family/community and keep your home the best home for you!

But it’s not just the office staff that is so great—any staff you see in the community, is genuinely happy and kind. Growing up in a small town, I am accustomed to waving and smiling at strangers. After being away from that for awhile, it was so comforting to see that those who live and work in this community have the same mindset. Waving, smiling, asking how you are—you feel like a part of the family.

It’s not just the people and customer service that makes this place so great though. The apartments have screened in porches/balconies, which is wonderful here in Florida with the bugs. Every apartment has a beautiful textured wood laminate that, if I didn’t know any better, would think was real wood in the kitchen/laundry/entry. The cabinetry and counters have a nice modern look, and the wood-like plank blinds are beautiful and much nicer than traditional blinds. I have had a few maintenance issues, and whether I have entered the request on the website or via calling and speaking with one of the office staff, these simple (non-emergent) issues were taken care of before I came home from work the same day.

And just in case you still had any doubt about Waterstone at Jenks, there are constantly activities going throughout the year—Drive by Breakfast on the go, Pool Parties, ice cream in the office, and so much more! If you are even THINKING about moving anywhere else—DON’T! THIS IS IT! You will not be disappointed!

I moved here from San Antonio, TX last year and the staff (Whitney) has been remarkable. She went above and beyond to accommodate me and made it an easy, smooth transition. The apartment is beautiful and the the maintenance personnel are first class. I can not say enough good things about this apartment complex. Move here and be happy...that is a guarantee!

What a beautiful place! My husband and I just moved in one of the apartments but we've been in contact with the staff for a few months prior the move. So far I can only say good things, they've always been so nice, friendly and attentive. When we got to the area they scheduled us for a tour of the apartment and all the amenities. They are always ready to help with a smile. All these seem small things, but when you move to a new place, where you don't know anything or anyone, these things start to mean a lot and they make the difference. The apartment is spacious, tall ceilings, big patio, quiet and well located, in fact, supermarkets and restaurants are only 5 minutes away. We are very happy with our choice!

I had a lease with Waterstone for a year as my first apartment out of the house. I would have stayed for a longer lease but I am planning to buy a home in the area. I was given help from the very beginning of leasing (even given my choice of apartmetns) to move out from management and the office. The apartment was nice and even had faux wood flooring for my pup and any issues I had in the apartment were handled promptly by maintenance. Nice complex!

I haven't enjoyed living here for almost a year. Great layouts, mildly affordable (lower the price if you renew that would be a cool idea), and great amenities. Best thing as opposed to where I used to live is the friendly staff. If you need something they don't make a fuss and they respond quickly.

I love living here at Waterstone at Jenks. The apartments are very spacious and built extremely well. It's professionally managed and maintenance is top-notch. Great job office staff! Sandra, Bree, & Lauren.
