During the peak of summer in Florida, central air is a necessity, not a luxury. When mine broke down, Johnny, from maintenance here at Arbor Trace, was a lifesaver.

I called about the issue on Sunday morning and Johnny was at my door in just eight minutes! He was friendly and got straight to work. He fixed the problem quickly and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The whole process took only about twenty minutes.

I'm really impressed with his fast, efficient service and his helpful attitude. He did an awesome job, and I'm very grateful for his help. Five stars Johnny! Great Work!

I lived in Orlando at the Camden, a high end luxury apartment complex for professionals, in what I dubbed the “Studio Penthouse” and moved for a job to Panama City, FL. Currently I live at Arbor Trace @Lynn Haven which feels like home. I live in the Sugar Maple floor plan which has such a massive dining room that I turned into a studio +1. The Plus 1 is the actual bedroom I’ve prepared for guests who come to enjoy the beaches and sharing a bathroom is no issue. The apartment is spacious and has a beautiful built in fireplace. The kitchen has soft close hinges, stone countertops, gray LVT flooring and carpet in the LR and BDr, there is also plenty of storage for food, pots, etc. I have a balcony which over looks one of the lakes and I love it! There is also a small storage closet at one the end of the balcony perfect for my road bike and gear. The grounds here are just beautiful, well maintained and relaxing with walking trails. AT has two lakes and both have working fountains which bring a touch of class to the grounds. Management is great, always helpful and they provide entertainment by inviting food trucks, and having community gatherings and they are open 7 days a week. Food and shopping is also close. I highly recommend Arbor Trace but you might have to get on a wait list...this property is hot!

Our pool is closed at Enclave and this is our sister property so we came here just for the pool only. The grounds were very well kept, and the leasing office was beautiful and smelled so good. The ladies were extremely nice when I called and let me know how to enter the pool. They had floats and boogie boards already the the kids had a good time.

I miss this place so much. If rent didn’t keep going up we would have stayed here forever! The staff and maintenance are the best you could ever ask for, the grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the space in the apartment was bigger than a house! I miss my Arbor Trace family and hope all is well with them!

I love living here. The apartments are very nice & the floor plans are spacious. The grounds are immaculate. The pools are always clean. The pool deck is so pretty at night with all the lights & the firepit on the weekends is great. Maintenance is great. They fix everything timely. The office staff is amazing. They're always super friendly & accommodating. I feel super safe here, too. They have walking areas & the whole complex has sidewalks. I have cats but love watching the dogs running in the parks. They love it. It's just an overall great place to live!

Arbor Trace community is one of the nicest communities in Lynnhaven. The staff is incredible and when I say incredible I mean incredible they go above and beyond for the residence they have social groups. The grounds are kept clean the maintenance men are awesome. I’m really glad I moved here.

Our experience living in Arbor Trace is 100% satisfactory. The Ladies at the leasing office are very friendly, attentive and always happy to help make our living experience here at Arbor Trace Apartments a pleasant experience. Courtesy of Maintenance staff, any maintainence needs that arised were taken care in hours. Wall mounted our TV for free, I checked other services, at least costs 100$.The convenience of payments and maintenance requests through their online portal is second to none. Gate security systems are on point. Communication through text messages was excellent.Spacious parking lots made it not a concern to us to take kiddos on bike or scooter. We proudly recommend renting here!

We just moved in, and right away it feels like "home"! Everyone is so nice! Office girls are really great and always so helpful and friendly! Maintenance staff is right on any problem or concern. Very quick response! Nice and quiet and very clean grounds. Apartments are well appointed and modern; very large rooms make it very comfortable. We hope to be part of this wonderful community for a long time!

We just moved in about a month ago and living here is nothing short of amazing! All of the ladies in the front are wonderful, and easy to work with! Beautiful apartments. Reasonably priced. Maintenance request are completed by the next day. The pool is beautiful. We are enjoying being able to call Arbor Trace, home!

Love, love this place! I lived here for 1 year with a roommate in a 2 bedroom overlooking the pond. I would definitely say the water view is worth the wait/money. The staff is super nice and helpful. Maintenance is always speedy! The pool is beautiful. Just a nice, quiet place.The only reason I moved was because I couldn't afford a 1 bedroom by myself.

My husband & I lived here for two years and it was, by far, the best rental experience we have ever experienced. The units are very clean & have plenty of space. Any time I had a maintenance issue, they were there the same day. Chris with maintenance was always polite & helpful. The only reason we left these apartments was to buy a home, otherwise we would've continued living there.

Currently living here. We love it! Reasonable rent, spacious open-air rooms and great amenities. Staff is gracious and maintenance requests are handled quickly. And no, I'm not a bot or part of the company. We've been here since December 2017.

If you are looking for a safe environment, large apartment, extraordinary staff and maintenance ... then Arbor Trace Apartments is the place for you. The safety of our children is paramount and a covered bus stop with benches is being built for our children ... just wow. Also, I lived here prior to Hurricane Michael and the staff went way beyond meeting our needs when we had to relocate and then when we were able to return. The staff treats the residents with professionalism and extreme kindness. I am proud to call Arbor Trace my home. 😎

This is a wonderfully managed apartment complex, unlike all others because the staff truly care for and work for their residents. The entire office staff go above and beyond to make the move in process at ease. Shout out to Danielle Resini!! She is such a joyful asset and the Arbor Trace team is lucky to have her!!

I love this apartment complex! These are top of the line apartment homes. The employees are wonderful and they have so many different things throughout the month for renters to do.

I would like to recognize the maintenance man Donnie. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and does everything with a smile. He is always willing to do anything that is needed without hesitation.

Don't use the website to schedule a phone appointment. They are very busy and may not be able to meet the scheduled time. Just call directly. Very friendly staff.
