love this outlet? I've been here several times since it opened and have always found what I had been looking for at other places. the prices were alot cheaper . my only complaint is that they do not accept any belk coupons .. they accept your belk rewards money but that's it. no coupons of any kind .

For its size, this is a great store. It has a surprisingly good selection is well organized and you can usually get checked out very quickly.
Tuesday's are senior days, so it really pays to do your shopping then if you are 60+.

Well they don't have much selection when it comes to men's shoes or sneakers but I can say the staff is very very friendly and accommodating. I was also super surprised when I checked out and the price was so much less than I thought it would be. I bought one pair of sneakers and went back to get another pair less than an hour later. Thank you so much to the associate that helped me out there. She was at the perfume counter but came out and helped me and every person that I saw around her area. I can't remember her name and I apologize for that but I hope she's working when I go back 😀😀😀😀😀

My wife loves to shop at Belk stores. They always have good line of cloths to choose from. They were open Thanksgiving day and she found several deals on gifts for Christmas. I like to get gift certificates so she can use tru the rest of the year. They always have a good sale going on.

My wife went into belk for the first time on 1/20/2021. Where we moved from there were no bells. So prices are normally high but that had great deals going on so she was very pleased. There was one particular employee she was extremely satisfied with and stood out for so many reason other than everyone else. There was a women at customer service area Valerie. Description roughly 5"7 med build nicely dressed business attire black women. Her customer service was extremely well. My wife worked in business management for 20 years with primary focus on customer service. She has trophy in living room lol. I think it's great and very hard to find professionalism these days. However I believe the individuals who I think may have been coaching her or overlooking . older small black women and then a white middle aged 40s women her supperiors were not so professional I noticed a lack off. Snooty and comfortable and when I say comfortable meaning they must have been doing the job so long that they are getting discouraged. So to finish this all up I would like to say my main reason for writing today is I hope that someone will tell Valerie good job or make her feel special in someway. I would like to add that I don't know this women at all. Thank you sincerely Daniel Barnum and Nicole stevenson

My first time inside this Belk very clean store and very nice employees/cashier they will do anything to help you. They also have good sales. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Everything in the store is beautifully staged. The store always smells brand new. The folks working there are all so nice!

Really nice people that work there when I came in a worker there ask me if I need help and when they did help me they help me and then walking away so they weren't bothering me which was pretty awesome very helpful
