Palm Casual Patio Furniture store in Melbourne recently repaired our PVC pool furniture "under warranty" at no cost. They replaced five cracked fittings. The furniture was at least ten years old and I'm not sure it was even purchased at their store. Excellent service and very nice people. We bought our porch table and chairs there about four years ago. Very comfortable, high quality and holding up nicely at the ocean.

Absolutely beautiful outdoor furniture. You pick your furniture, you pick the fabric, then in two to four weeks you have your furniture delivered to your home. Expensive? Yes, but their warranty is outstanding and well worth it.

11 years ago, we purchased a patio table and 6 chairs. The webbing deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Going back to Palm Casual we ordered repair for the 6 chair’s webbing. When they were returned they came back like new. The staff are very helpful. Today I went back to thank them. Speaking to Hutch, he told me the unsung staff were those in Orlando who replaced the webbing. My daughter asked if we had bought new chairs and how much it cost. WOW!!! I can't say enough great things about Palm Casual! Carter and his entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had our received patio set just 5 days before Thanksgiving! They even lent us the display cushions to use while our cushions were being made so that all of our family would be able to sit and enjoy our beautiful new set! Their customer service is stellar and treat all their customers like family! While we were in their showroom, I noticed that all the customers had gotten 5 star service! Palm Casual has TONS of customizable options and styles of patio furniture. Carter was super helpful! They stand by their products with a 30-day guarantee, we purchased a set, and realized it didn't quite work, so they let us return 2 pieces and order a different piece! Great customer service and high quality products.

After years of living in Florida and having to replace patio furniture from the big box stores, we decided to visit Palm Casual. Our friend has had her set from there for over 20 years. It came with a lifetime warranty and has withstood the Florida elements and test of time with a family.

We visited the new Melbourne location on 192 and Carter assisted us in choosing the PVC set we wanted. We chose 6 seating table, rectangular. He explained the fabrics to us, and even said we had thirty days to switch if we didn't like it!! Who does that?

I chose the right fabric on the first try, and they had the set built in their Rockledge location. For THIRTY dollars, they delivered it to my home, and set it up on a Saturday. I love it.

As we were chatting with the driver, I noticed a nick in the table top, and a scuff on the leg. The driver advised he will make a note and bring us a new table. I called Carter, just to be sure and also advised my chair had a blemish. They came out that Monday afternoon, replaced my table and chair. Not fixed, REPLACED. That is service.

We are thrilled with our new set. I recommend this place to anyone looking for durable, outdoor furniture.

They have a large selection too. Even though we knew what we wanted when we went in, we sure took the time to browse.

While out looking for patio furniture, we stopped and shopped at a few of the patio furniture stores in town. We decided that even though they all pretty much offered what we were looking for, we decided to buy at Palm Casual, we actually had the opportunity to speak with the young man that builds the furniture we were looking to buy. Customer service was amazing, Heather was very knowledgeable.

Stopped in with my 20+ year old pvc chair and to my surprise Joe was able to fix it on site in less then 10 minutes and for free! Thanks for great service.

Walked in on a Saturday morning, and the place was empty, so we were comfortable taking our time. There was a kind employee to answer our questions, but they gave us all the time and space we desired.

They have a great selection. It's a local business. Everyone was very helpful.

My experience at Palm Casual in Melbourne, Florida was 5 star. I made two visits before purchasing. Both Terry and Carter were helpful and answered all my questions. I do not have the furniture yet, but their items are high quality and priced resonably when compared to other patio furniture. Their warranty is beyond anything else on the market. Great company and Great furniture. Buying outdoor furniture from Palm Casual has been a great experience. From the friendly sales people in the store to the delivery team. The furniture arrived in great condition. They told us at time of purchase that they guarantee 100% satisfaction and they would work with us if there are any problems. We had no problems with the furniture, but my wife did not like the pattern of the cushions she picked out and Palm Casual stood behind their word and are replacing the cushions with a different pattern to her liking. Awesome product and great customer service. The buying experience was stress free and seamless. Delivery on time as promised. One very small paint blemish fixed perfectly and returned to me promptly without question. I really enjoyed this experience and will buy again from Palm Casual with confidence. Palm Casual is an upscale outdoor furniture store that has a wide selection of styles for outdoor areas. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products. There is no pressure in this store, you are encouraged to browse and ask questions. All sales staff were very helpful to me with determining and designing my outdoor space. I must admit that I had some sticker shock when I began shopping, did not expect outdoor furniture to be as pricey as it is.... My husband and I visited several outdoor furniture stores to browse, and Palm Casual was the ONLY store that did not push us and wanted to "match" prices of what we liked when we told them we had found something that we liked at another location.
