BHPM is a very friendly team. They have a small clean office, professional and courteous. I think most people get agitated by some of the office workers not knowing much about the properties going on, however I do understand that they are not property managers and are there to answer general questions and get you the help you need with work orders etc. Theres only so much the managers can do when they manage numerous amount of locations. If you’re looking to rent I’d set up an appointment first before just showing up one day. I rented a house from them that they managed for the owner and was very much in love with the home! It was beautiful inside and out and they did a great job renovating the place. Although there were a few issues when we first moved in and our basement was flooded a few times (due to the floods from the rain in the area) they were always quick to lend a hand! Saboin the PM is knowledgeable and was physically there when our basement was having the issues. The owner was absolutely amazing and very caring when it came to his home, he was quick to handle our concerns and made everything right. If I ever move back to SD I would definitely rent from them again. I do recommend this PM team for you!

I had a great experience. The office staff and neighbors where I have rented from for almost two years felt like a small family away from home. I am currently moving to a property listed under a different property management, but I am most definitely going back to BHPM if things do not work out for me at the new place. I would definitely recommend for first time renters. 5 stars, 2 thumbs up.

They were able to help me find exactly the type of unit I was looking for, very quick responses to any questions I had throughout my rental term. The BHPM team is very friendly and a pleasure to rent from. Would highly recommend and will certainly contact in the future when looking for a rental in the area.

Exceptional service!! They are super detail oriented and make sure they help in every way they can! Especially Cassie and Sabion they really make sure all needs are meant when applying through them and renting from them! I would definitely point every person I know their way!
