Great place, polite staff. I always tip the kids pumping gas a couple of bucks. The logistics are sometimes a tad challenging but, the service and selection is top notch. And they are open late.

Great little convenience store with full service gasoline at self service prices. In addition to the usual items you expect from any convenience store they also sell beer & wine. Located in the same building is a full service Dunkin' Donuts and the excellent seasonal "The Ice Cream Lady" ice cream parlor with its famous Ice Cream Lady Statue. Perfect place to stop for last minute supplies on your way to a picnic at Wallum Lake Park in the Douglas State Forest.

Such a cool little place with lots of rare food and drink items! Many types of hard to find liquor, also. Love this hidden gem of retro goodness. xo

I pass this gas station on my way to work everyday. Very nice people. Service is always great.

I pulled up and asked for $30 and the employee at the pump left it running until it was almost $50. I had to get out of the car and stop the pump myself. I would have much rather just pumped it myself than wasted my money. The full service employees either need to do their job right or the whole system should just be let go of. Never getting gas here again.

I like getting my gas there, but there was two times that when I pulled up to the pump, there was a vehicle in front of me that was just sitting there while the person was inside the store. Therefore, I could not get out since I was blocked in. Asked the attendant where that person was and he said that there was nothing he could do. Why do people have to be so self centered as to let their vehicle sit at the pumps and block them? I blame the establishment since it is up to the attendant to ask the person to move their car if they are not getting gas. Poor management.

The old man at the counter needs to be educated regarding customer service. He is the rudest employee that I have ever encountered. Perhaps it would be better if he retired since his ignorant remarks probably have cost you quite a bit of customers…Maureen McLane R.N.

Absolutely terrible staff. I came in to get myself a 6 pack of beer with my brother before we went out on the boat for my 30th birthday. Mind you, I flew out from California for this trip and all we wanted to do is enjoy a 6 pack of beer to celebrate our birthdays. Because I did not have my ID, they refused to sell to me and they also refused to sell to my brother despite him having his ID with him. You ruined my time with my brother, I grew up in this town and remember all the good times at this convenient store but I will never come back to one of my favorite places. Your staff is a disappointment and I am embarrassed to even have shared so many memories at this location.

Heard they going self serve in a month or so the gas boys made the store

My. 84 yr old grandmother was just there trying to get gas and she was parked on the right side of the pump. The red head gas attendant told her she needed to move to the other side because ppl were trying to pull in but then that put her on the wrong side. He laughed at her and told her she did it wrong. She got so upset that she didnt even get her gas. This is the first time we've had an issue and I will be going in in person to make a complaint. Its not ok for employees to treat anyone like that or laugh when she was upset.

Stopped for fuel on Saturday 4/30/22 paid 20 cash to the young kid working. Took the money and told me I was all set after a few minutes. Unfortunately no gas was ever pumped .It’s my fault because I didn’t request a receipt from him. I won’t be doing business there anymore.

If you're looking for a place nearby that pumps gas, Hi Lo Gas in Webster MA is great. It's where I go now. It's worth the drive. Ive lived in Douglas for 42 years. I was pumping my gas at Douglas Convenience Center last week. My child was in her car seat, and I was having a full Bronchitis coughing attack, triggered by the cold and the Cashier who was smoking her cigarette WAY too close to the pumps! She not only made fun of my coughing by saying "Attractive" ( while sucking on her Cancer stick),she put everyone's life in danger by smoking so close to gas pumps!
