Ask for Nate! We had a large family Reunion last weekend and I can't stress enough how accommodating this team was. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. There are tons of great dining options less than 1min drive! The rooms had nice cold AC and Hot water! The beds I was surprised at how incredibly comfortable they were. My wife and I were in town for a funeral. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed their quality breakfast every morning. It was a great way to start a busy day. At one point we had a noisy group move on our floor. The front desk promptly dealt with the situation and never had problems since bringing up the issue. One night after arriving late into the night, our AC needed service. The maintenance man arrived with a great attitude and quickly fixed the issue. The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible to anything you need. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Chesapeake area and will be staying here anytime I come to visit. A big thank you to the staff for making our stay the best it could be!

Stayed here for 2 nights while visiting with family. Room was spacious and I found the bed to be very comfortable. Knocked off a ⭐ because the refrigerator definitely wasn’t working properly, the kitchen sink drained very slowly, and found it odd that there weren’t any electrical outlets near the bed. Very minor things. Would not deter us from staying here again. Location was great and the front desk staff was amazing!

Absolutely fantastic service! James noticed that I was in a meeting in the lobby during a busy check-in time and it got quite noisy. Without hesitation, he offered me an office to finish my company Zoom meeting in peace. This level of attentiveness and care is truly above and beyond. Huge thanks to James and the entire team! Highly recommend!

We always stay here while visiting friends in Chesapeake. Great price point. Great location near the shops and the Mall. Breakfast was good. Room was nice and clean. Friendly stuff.

Had an issue with our room and Jovie was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was an absolute joy to deal with.

Really enjoyed my stay overall. I was there for 4 days and only had one issue. Which was the noise at certain times but I believe there was a sorority meeting going on that day, so I understood. Staff was great and very helpful as usual. Will be back

Booked this room last minute. Checked in extremely late but staff was awesome and friendly. Even gave me a late check out without being a Marriott rewards member. Room was clean, would stay there again!

We spent two nights at this hotel on 11/19/23 and 11/20/23. It was an excellent stay. The rooms were large enough, perfectly clean and well furnished. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the breakfast was way more than adequate. The breakfast area was well furnished and maintained. Altogether this hotel was a much better value for what it provides than any other we have utilized in our recent travels.

I recently stayed here and was absolutely pleased and impressed! I was greeted with a smile. The food was amazing.
I had the pleasure of speaking with a women names Camille and Kay. They were so helpful and made sure I had nice hot tasty food. Upon going to my room I neededbsome towels and trash taken out and asked the girls if they could do that, I was met with a huge smile and an absolutely from a women whonjust started I believe her name is Autumn. She was so helpful and even asked if there was anything else I needed. I really liked that she said "if there is anything else you may need please don't hesitate to ask". She was working along side another women whom I believe is named future both ladies where very pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel. On top of the staff being so kind. It was clean and smelled really good. Thank you for making my stay pleasurable! Thank you for going above and beyond to make me feel comfortable on my business trip I will definitely be back.

Very Clean. I was there for a wedding. The ballroom was huge. The rooms are nice. The pool is a plus. The lobby is very relaxing and they welcome guests hanging out and dont bother you. The breakfast buffet had sausage, eggs, french toast, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, yogurt, burritos, muffins, coffee, tea, and juice. They let us check in early and check out is 11.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at SpringHill Suites in Chesapeake. The cleanliness of the room and the helpful staff made all the difference. Unfortunately due to my busy schedule I was only able to attend breakfast on one morning.

I was greeted by a young lady, Camille. Her bright smile and pleasant vibe was a great start to my day! The coffee was hot and the fruit fresh! I’ll definitely be use this location on my next business trip.

I travel quite a bit, all over. Here is another shout out to the Great ones. Stayed at this hotel and also ran an event here for just over 80 people. James is the GM 5 Star....Crystal, Front desk 5 Star.....Larry, Banquets 5 Star and Naomi Events coordinator 5 Star. I wish I knew every one here by name because I'm sure they all deserve a proper shout out. Tight ship, Runs smooth. I recommend

Awesome Awesome AWESOME Hotel. Located in a "offthe grid" location. Temperature control for fan/cool was fantastic, very comfortable bed, and a big kudos to the cook for breakfast (I complimented him personally) . The breakfast was absolutely delicious. From the scrambled eggs to the link sausage and oatmeal. Will definitely be staying there in the near future along with other SpringHill Suites ( the one in Hampton is great as well 💯💪🏿)

Everything was great. Shirley checked us in and was very friendly. She was sincere when she said if we needed anything to let her know. Fortunately we didn't need anything during our stay

I was staying here for a 6 week duration. I seen alot and heard alot. Front desk was mid some if the employees are rude and or do not act In a manner to be working in customer service.
The pool was nice and clean
The maintenance man larry was definitely nice always greeted with a smile and said hello.
The breakfast was great, hot and tasty. Camille always made sure I was able to get hot coffee and a hot breakfast. Kay always did the same they always gave a great vibe that I really needed especially being away from my family for so long.
The rooms and house keepers. I have been here for about 6 weeks and I never felt comfortable asking for anything. The girls always rolled their eyes and made me feel like I was intruding if I asked for some garbage bags and towels. So I wouldn't dare ask for then to come clean my room and the times I thought about it I just needed the rest. It wasn't until my last few days when the girls were on the floor cleaning I was off work so I asked if they can come in and tidy up my room a bit. Now I understand they have alot of work and I wasn't asking for my but what stood out to me is what happened. One of the girls who has been with the company rolled her eyes and said no I'm sorry your not on the list and we have to much today meanwhile a lady who was brand new turned and said sure I can help you what would you like to have done. All I wanted was some towels and garbage bags. She immediately went to hel9 me took all my dirty linen and replaced it with new ones. She had such a beautiful smile and then asked me if I need anything else. Why I give a 4 for this is because more of the staff should respond like miss Autumn. I was so impressed with her attentiveness and care that I told her I left her a tip and they can split it, I asked her of she got it she said no sir but I'm sure I will. She thanked me had tears in her eyes so I could tell she's had it hard but you would never know because her smile and pleasant personality overtook that all. In the meantime I over heard the other girls saying they were not sharing tips with her she is new and they don't care. After hearing that I tried to go personally hand miss Autumn 40 dollars because she deserved it you would never know she was new. She politely said no sir it's ok you please keep your money I'm sure they will share with me at the end of the shift. Morel to this they never shared with her and she still had such a great personality. When I have to come back I hope she is still here and I will absolutely be requesting for her to clean my room. Some of the workers need to be trained by the new girl. Overall my stay was ok.

We had a little issue with a trundle bed being very dirty and having left over cereal on it. We were given a cleaner room immediately. The service was awesome and staff very courteous and friendly. My children enjoyed a dip in the inside pool and the delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay there again.

Raven, Theresea, Deby, Kim and their COMPLETE STAFF are unrivaled in customer care, food quality, and accommodating ALL of their guests needs. If you have not experienced what this hotel and services have to offer, you have wasted your money. Weddings and banquets are a must at this location!

Very clean hotel. The second day I was
there my air conditioning was not
keeping the room cool enough.It was
10:30pm and I notified the front desk.
Anthony, the maintenance technician
came to my room to troubleshoot the
problem. He reset the system and still
was not operating properly. He asked
when I was leaving and I told him in the
morning. He told me he will look for a
room on the same floor and make sure
the air conditioning was cold. Ten
minutes later he came to my room and
said he found a room 2 doors down the
hall. I thanked him and he wanted me to
go to the room with him to ensure it was
to my satisfaction. The room was
perfect. Thank you Anthony for an
amazing customer experience!!!!
