Comfort Inn & Suites Chesapeake - Portsmouth

I was moved into a room that had a light mold smell in it and wanted to leave and find another hotel but the front desk lady moved me to another room and assured me the new one would be better and my previous room would be fixed asap. And she was right this room is perfect and she was awesome. I mean very polite and understanding the whole time. She let me know she wasn't the manager and that's very surprising. Thank you Chantey and thank you Choice I'm very satisfied ❤❤

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel June 22, 2024. First thing, don't Judge what it looks like on the outside. It's a very nice place to stay. The rooms are very nice, the bed is very comfortable. Staff Max and Shaniquia were wonderful. If you had a problem ( like I did, noise kids in the next room). I called the front desk, Shaniquia got it handle right away. I had a great stay, worth the money.

The General Manger Max was very accommodating and professional,
Rooms are very affordable and very well equipped with everything you’d need. The property has an indoor pool which was very clean. Overall an amazing stay! I recommend anyone to stay here.

We had to book a hotel last minute while on vacation and we were pleasantly surprised on how spacious the rooms were. The front desk staff was friendly, max was able to accommodate and help us greatly.

I only have 4 stars bc I’m not sure where in VA I am but my crazy GPS brought us here and not where I told it to. I was very happy with my stay. Max was great. He checked us in with ease. It was heaven sent! The beds were very comfortable and I plan on staying one more night!

The gentleman at the front desk was so very helpful in getting us a room. Service was excellent. I will consider staying at comfort Inn and suites again.

Max and his staff were great breakfast I showed up at 9sharp but he let me still have breakfast. He was accommodating to me with my special needs dog after got kicked out our other hotel when my dog and asssaulted by the manager of quality inn in Chesapeake. I will revisit comfort inn again

Just a 30 minute drive to the beaches and many other activities! This hotel has a great breakfast and amazing customer service! We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Room service didn’t visit my room during my two night stay, I was hoping the breakfast would provide more healthy or fresher options like fruit or oatmeal.
I would stay again because the room accommodations proved to be decent.

Chantay was the greatest and great customer service it was a pleasure being this hotel she made sure everything thing was up to par. The hotel is nice and clean and well keep. I will come back soon.

I come here often just to get away from the house and enjoy a little break and I love it here. The staff is super friendly. Shawntee works the front desk and she is above and beyond friendly. She is always willing to answer your questions and doesn't make you feel like u are in inconvenience to her and I like that alot. The breakfast is decent with eggs and waffles and juice. There is an indoor poot that is open and there is also a laundry room here if u need to wash clothes. The rooms are decent size, clean, and beds are soft. Microwave and refrigerators in the rooms as well. Another convenient thing I like about this hotel is that they will give u an option if u need to check in before check In time they will allow it for an extra charge. Which to me is well worth it if u need to get in a room earlier then ,3 pm..I havent found that option in any other hotels I have been to and for real it's something that should be added to other area hotels.

We stayed with our four kids for five days. The hotel is definitely a little older but the service was great, the staff were all very polite and accommodating, and we enjoyed our stay.

I had only planned on staying two nights and transferring hotels, but I couldn't help but to stay for over a week! I had a very spacious room! (The sleep 6, two queen beds with a pull out couch). The beds were VERY comfortable, I didn't have any issues with back pain, as I usually do with hotels. The manager, Max, super friendly and helpful! I enjoyed all of the staff, from hospitality, to the grounds person and maintenance! I will stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. Free wi-fi, free breakfast in a wonderful location, pool, room is spacious and always clean, service is awesom.

Had to book a room last minute because of family issues. The front desk lady was sooooo sweet and accommodating. The room was so big and and was clean and smelled like good cleaning supplies. The linens were spotless! Smelled fresh too! I felt completely at home and will definitely be back here. Thank you so much for having me!

It was a great hotel for me and my family. Rooms was good and the service was good also. Location is fine it wasn’t to hard to find.

Host was very pleasant at the counter each time I visited this location. Rooms are big and clean, much better than locations down the road. Wil be coming back again.

Shonte was awesome. She is a great asset to Confort in suites. She was doing a job of 4 people. She was a pleasure to talk to. Please give her a big raise, well deserved. She truly blessed us.

Stayed there for 2 weeks and had a great experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very clean. The indoor pool is awesome and the Hot breakfast every morning was amazing. Even enjoyed the treadmill. Would stay again for sure.

Upon arrival the hotel manager Max was super friendly & very welcoming. Hotel is beautiful just like the pictures & the rooms were huge. I was impressed with how clean the rooms were & the WiFi is excellent. My family & I picked the perfect hotel.
