Every person working at the desk was amazing. Even when we had to wait for our room to be ready, they kept us updated on how much longer it would take and were very friendly. They made us feel comfortable and welcomed, and chatting with them was great.

We were excited for the hot tub, which unfortunately was closed for maintenance, but the pool was heated and was very relaxing so we weren't too disappointed.

I was traveling from New Haven for my Sister's funeral. I arrived a few hours before check in after driving all morning with my daughter. So I spoke to a nice man who was happy to help me check in early so I could get some food and rest. Very Greatful.

We stayed at Hampton motel Battlefield blvd Chesapeake Va. I was very happy with our decision, the prices of the beach motels are very expensive, the twenty minute ride to the beach was nice sightseeing as we went. Walmart is 5 minutes away.many restaurants and fast food close by. we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool the water temp was so calming, the pool was great and fun for the family, being an animal lover glad to see the motel is dog friendly met many nice people with nice beautiful healthy dogs, the room 510 was spacious and clean providing many towels, nice gym, the hot water in the room should be hotter, breakfast is provided it was ok. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a good stay. Hot tub was closed and hotel was a little dated. But rooms are nice, clean, the breakfast is good and the pool was open. Central spot with plenty of eating options and freeway right near by.

I had one of my best experiences at the hotel. The rooms were a little dated but for the price, it was exceptional. The location is near various food places and close to Walmart. The staff friendliness stood out to me the most. Everyone was nice. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. Parking was good. Lots of channels on TV. Plenty of towels in the room. The room included a mini fridge that got cold and microwave that worked. This will be my new home Everytime I visit Virginia.

Front desk Toni was amazing helped with every issue will definitely stay here again next time im in town.

The front desk and housekeeping staff were so warm and friendly. The room we reserved was not quite ready on arrival, so we were given an upgrade at no additional cost. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The heated indoor pool was great. The complimentary breakfast was very good and there was plenty for all of the guests. Would definitely stay here again.

I know an employee that works the front desk and he enjoys his work because the staff is warm and caring. The managers buy everyone lunch regularly to show their appreciation to the hard working staff. I would stay here.

Both employees from check in to check out were extremely nice and polite. The room was clean and comfortable! We have been here before around the year 2010 and we had a wonderful stay then too! The new renovations done make this place even better! Which is why we went to look at the pool area ( which was closed and that's understandable due to the virus) and we love the upgrade they did there too. We cant wait to go back again for another little get away! Thank you hotel staff for the wonderful customer service!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is difficult to navigate to; there is no direct entry to the Hotel. Only 1 of 2 elevators was in operation. Several people were complaining about clogged tubs/showers and toilets. Beds were comfortable rooms were clean. My deadbolt did not lock. Breakfast was on time. Tea and coffee available 24hrs.

The staff are really nice and helpful if you have any issues. They are quick to find a fix for anything not working properly. The room was nice and clean when we checked in and the look of it was modern and up-to-date. Very much enjoying our stay here and will def remember for future bookings.

The location was a little far, but the service was excellent. The rooms were always nice and clean. A lot of complementary things, you just need to ask! Climate control was easy and great. The pool, the heated tub and the cable options were also great. It was a great time, but our stay for Memorial weekend was a lit too pricey I think.

Our stay was lovely, everything was super great. They have everything, pool, hot tub, gym, laundry room + (free) breakfast and so much more to offer! The staff was insanely kind and generous, which personally is extremely important to me. Pricing per night is incredible, it is a couple minutes away from the beach (15 minutes) but definitely worth it. 10/10 recommended for you and/or your family's stay.

Story time: I had a rough day at work only to be greeted by a flat tire so when I got in, I asked for hot water to warm up with a relaxing tea. A beautiful lady walks from behind the counter in a walking boot (like, from an injury) and proceeds to not only insist on making me a personal cup of hot water, but offers me one of her own personal teas. We bond over a mutual love of hot beverages and that right there is what keeps me going through working long hours on the road.
The room was clean, the shower decently hot, the beds are ok, but kinda hard. I’ve stayed here for 2 work weeks now and the rest of the experience is a solid 4. The tea was a 10.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying here. The hotel was beautiful and clean. The hotel staff was helpful . The breakfast was awesome. We would like to thank Diamond especially for her kindess. Her thoughtfulness in the loss of our sweet little pet was greatly appreciated.

We were very happy with our stay. The room stereo very clean and were ready fairly early. The stsff did their best to accommodate us and we were very thankful for their help! We would definitely stay there again!

OMG, loved the indoor hot tub. Wish all your properties had one. I am fan of your gym being on an upper floor.

I booked a one night stay in the suite (2 queen beds and a sofa) to setup a sleep over for my 14yo son's Birthday. He invited a few of his close friends. I brought a projector and a few gaming consoles and set it up in the suite. I moved the sofa so the projector could cast a large screen on the wall. They gamed until the early morning! The room was large enough to accommodate 5-6 people and had plenty of chairs/seats for everyone to sit. They took a break from gaming to enjoy the pool and hot tub. It worked out great! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic as well.
