Hyatt Place Chesapeake/Greenbrier

We were greeted upon check in with the most professional and courteous people. The staff were very informative and helpful. The location is excellent for activities in Chesapeake. The included breakfast presented freshly cooked pancakes , with blueberries, bananas, steaming hot oatmeal with almonds and brown sugar, and crispy bacon. Freshly squeezed orange juice and hot coffee completed this delicious meal.

Sid at the front desk was amazing, we arrived very late but was accommodating our request. Room was clean and neat but management needs to upgrade the rest rooms.

The Hyatt Place was definitely a great choice to stay. Nothing really to complain about. My room was immaculate and had no odors to deal with. The TV had no instructions to use it and I did get help. They said that I should have had a sheet explaining it but my room didn’t have one. But the staff showed me exactly what I needed so it wasn’t an issue afterwards. Big beds, huge mattress and it made for a good night’s sleep. The breakfast buffet was a cut above a typical one in my experience. More choices and better quality. My room was well away from the elevator and ice machine and was very quiet. Based on my stay I can easily recommend them without reservation.

This was a good hotel The housekeepers were very friendly The attendance at the front desk were friendly z was friendly The breakfast was insane it was so good The bacon was fresh and crispy and they had waffles and eggs and all the breads you can imagine and you could toast it and butter and jelly and pancakes with syrup and sausage links The breakfast was a reason in its own to go there

It costs A LOT to stay for one night, but it is literally worth every penny. Resort level stay. Laid back, secluded, reinforced quiet times, great staff, and of course the rooms were clean and smelled great. I don't want to give away all the spoilers, but the breakfast and seating area, you'll have to see it to believe it. Definitely staying again.

This hotel was exceptional, affordable, clean, and all around exactly what we had hoped for during our three day stay. There are staff everywhere maintaining the hotel, breakfast was stocked, fresh, and there were wonderful options. The indoor heated pool was a highlight of our stay with our two children. The staff kept the pool room stocked with towels and the bathrooms exceptionally cleaned. Our room was functional and comfortable for all of us. This hotel seemed to be popular this particular weekend we had stayed and we met some wonderful people to hang by the pool with. I feel that we were accommodated and the environment was comfortable, and our state was affordable. We will definitely be staying here for future visits again

Comfortable, quiet, well appointed rooms close to where you want to be. The surrounding area is being developed so it will only get better. The staff was pleasant and attentive.

If I had to make one gripe, it's that the toilet on the 4th floor ran a little slow. Not exactly a small complaint, but not trip ruining either. A great experience.

I had a very long and stressful flight coming from Hawaii, we got to the hotel with our well behaved dog and they made everything super easy- it was so clean and so comfortable- it was a very quiet area as a bonus

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool was open daily and heated with towels provided at the location. Multiple entrances and easy to use keycard.

Breakfast switched up every morning. Nothing super impressive, but still a mix of cereal, toast, fruit, eggs, a grain and a protein, and even oatmeal (which I personally appreciated the most).

Very modern feel inside the room. Shower looked to have the tile taken care of. Water temps were nice and hot.

Very nice staff. Always greeted us and we're very polite.

Rooms were reasonably clean and up to date. Pool was well maintained, front desk and bar/coffee peeps were very friendly. Breakfast left a bit to be desired.
It's no 4 or 5 star, but having stayed in several of the surrounding hotels, I can say for sure it's the nicest in the immediate Greenbriar area.

Neat and tidy; service was very professional. Rooms were quiet, and I appreciated the "quiet after 9pm" rule.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great! Check in and check out was quick. Front desk and cleaning crew were nice and friendly. The hotel is in a great location with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Great staff! Everyone was wonderful and helpful. The cleaning gentleman helped carry our pizza boxes to the trash, the gentleman at the front desk filled the cooler with ice for us. Moween was so friendly and had great humor. Breakfast was a wide selection and tasty.

This is in a great location. It's within walking distance of great shops and good food like Cava and other good restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The rooms are clean and you get a good breakfast with healthy options.

We drive cross country to visit family for a couple weeks every year and last year we found this place, we LOVE it so much we came back again this year. Our daughter absolutely enjoys being here (and of course loves the pool). The staff is amazing and actually remembers us from last year. Will definitely make this our yearly stop.

Very good management, staff is courteous and polite. Kudos to the front desk for a great check in experience! Kudos to the lovely lady that worked the breakfast area, she was very helpful and giving of her time to make sure we were taking care of! The room was very clean and everyone that worked here was wearing a mask during this"new normal" we're experiencing. I'm sure we will be back.

Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered! Every employee I saw greeted me. The room was very spacious with excellent technical connections. I was able to hook my laptop up and easily use the television as a monitor. The daily breakfast bar was always delicious and well maintained. There are shops, food and convenience stores all within easy walking distance. The facility will also shuttle you to and from any location in a 5 mile radius. They also pick up/drop off at the airport. I would absolutely stay at this location again!

Will be back! The hotel staff was friendly all weekend and very helpful. There was a lot available on site, pool was open, snack bar, Starbucks drinks, a bar until 11, hot served breakfast and hotel service daily if needed. Plenty of shopping with a mall across the street and other shopping centers around. Plenty of restaurants to choose from as well. 30 min drive to the beach for a whole day of exploring if you opt to as well. No complaints here.

Nice and spacious! I had a room with a king size bed and a sofa in a sitting area. Staying there for rest after late night traveling work. Housekeeping was good and didn't disturb my sleep since I needed a late check out. Lobby area is beautiful.

Very clean hotel. Great location near alot to eat. Hotel staff very friendly. Breakfast awesome with potatoes and bacon or sausage. Nice roomy sleeping rooms cleaned every day.
