This is a nice hotel to stay at. The rooms are always clean and ready when I stay. The staff is very friendly. The location is great, close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a safe place to rest up

Although it might have started off on the wrong foot, they really came through for me and my Sister in the end. The room was spacious and everything was good. Would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10

My husband and I came down from Pennsylvania for his father funeral.
The hotel was NICE, rooms were SPOTLESS, the SQUARE sink in the bathroom 🚽 was so BEAUTIFUL, and the service was PHENOMENAL, the price was also very REASONABLE.
We paid a $50 cash deposit upon check in, and upon checkout once we showed our receipt 🧾, we were refunded IMMEDIATELY.
5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ALL across the board.

Everything was great. Room really fresh and clean. Towels soft, beds very comfortable. We had stayed here in the past, but they have upgraded the rooms since then. Good price too. We will definitely stay here again.
Waffle House next door is a plus too.

The staff is friendly and courteous! The rooms are clean, and the hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and stores! I stay here often, and have never had any issues!!!

I remember staying here last year and being extremely disappointed but this time staying here has been great. The room is updated, clean, and spacious. The bathroom looks amazing. And the service has been exceptional. Veronica and the older man who work the front desk are both so nice, it's made this stay much better than I anticipated.

My boyfriend and I so enjoyed our stay. We keep going back. From the time we walked in, Verionca and her husband exhibited professionalism. The both of them was so nice and understanding. The room was very clean each time. We also liked the location where restaurants and shopping was accessible. Even though the establishment is under construction it is still a nice place to stay

Very kind and thoughtful management people at the front. Yes, the construction has been going on but we stayed 2 weeks and there was no single day that we felt disturbed by it. Everyday the staff members greeted us friendlily and made sure that everything was alright. The pond behind the hotel is pretty and enjoyed watching the families of ducks playing and diving. It was so relaxing and located in a super convenient place where you can walk to almost all that you need to eat, shop, salon services, and etc. I also thank Veronica and Desmond who treat us so kind and helped us above and beyond.
Room was fine. It was going under renovation so appearance may not be the greatest but the room was totally fine. Location is very convenient as I described above.

I want to personally thank Desmond the manager he was extremely accommodating and welcoming! The room was spotless as well as the bathroom big thank you to Bobby in housekeeping ! Hotel is in a great location across from everything you need! I will definitely be returning !

Rooms look brand new with a nice ring light mirror; the beds were comfortable & the floor was clean. Veronica & her fellow associates were great assisting me with whatever i needed for the two nights i stayed.

Desmond was kind, professional, and accommodating. Stayed here Friday night, August 18, 2023. Renovations appear nearly complete and are impressive. A/C unit worked great! Room, including bathroom, was spotless. Linens were crisp and clean. Nothing in the least, was less than perfect. I totally agree with all other positive reviews. The negative reviews.... well, things have changed since those visits :) Well done Desmond and Veronica. I will be back and will recommend to friends and family!

This place is so underrated and best hotel ive ever been to great service! And AC was awesome! Though one button on it is broken. And beds were so comfortable! 10/10 the location is a little noisy but other than that awesome!!

We stayed here because the location is excellent with decent accessibility to your needs while you’re vacationing. Pizzerias to burgers, chipotle to Taco Bell, even Indian restaurant was nearby. Manager Desmond and his wife Veronica were so warm, welcoming and helpful. They have breakfast included as well. Overall stay was great and I would definitely recommend it to everyone while you are visiting Virginia Beach.

Idk how anyone can say anything bad about this hotel.... seriously?! Right off the interstate with tons of eateries and shopping nearby. And other reviews are surprising me with negative comments. First of all, you absolutely CAN'T beat the price! U can stay at an Econo Lodge around here if u would like, but good luck sleeping cuz they're all infested with locals and drugs! They did renovate here, it's nicer than last year! And with the ABSOLUTE BEST customer service, incredibly kind, Desmond and Veronica are 2nd to none! You get breakfast too! Please if you have negative thoughts, someone else will GLADLY take your reservation. I stay here EVERY TIME I stay over in Chesapeake.

Was here for a couple nights and enjoyed our stay. We were very pleased with everything. My family and I love that it has Waffle House next to it!😁 I had the best sleep in a long time here. Many thanks to the guy at the front desk, Sam, for greeting us with a smile!🙂 You don't get that too often these days. He made us feel so welcomed! I recommend this hotel. 👍🏼

Don't believe any of the reviews the owners of this establishment are awesome people it's a Quality Inn Hotel being remodeled for the better. room was excellent clean and comfortable and the stay was absolutely quiet would recommend this place and would stay here again!! And a perfect location close to everything you could possibly need restaurants shopping Etc!!

Hotel is undergoing a renovation (July 2023) and our room was a newer one. Looked nice. Place was quiet and clean. Safe neighborhood. Management was friendly, prompt, and attentive.

They are renovating the place. I am not sure what the rooms looked like before, but now they are nice. The stairs don’t look nice but that’s because they removed the old carpet and about to install a new one. It takes time to fix a place. Things don’t happen overnight. Plus the guy working the front desk is very nice
