Courtyard by Marriott Chesapeake Greenbrier

Yesterday was my birthday so it was a very comfortable peaceful stay. She was courteous and informative. (Young lady at the front desk) the male staff are always on the move. My room was clean, bed was comfortable. Carpet stains in the hallway are of course from spills and etc so no complaints about that. I will be staying there again an I hope I can get the same room if possible lol.

We have become quite the regulars here for our monthly visits. They are always super accommodating here. Their customer service is absolutely the best in comparison to even some of these more expensive "nicer" hotels. We love coming here for sure! The roo.s are always clean, everything is stocked nicely, the staff if super friendly and helpful, usually pretty quiet here too. We will continue to come back!

I'm a Marriott fan and this courtyard is exceptional. What makes it great is the staff. Kitty and Jenny are incredible. The team manning the restaurant/ coffee bar always go above and beyond. I now know who works and when... Kitty is now part of my family. Stay there and meet her once, you'll stay there again without hesitation.

Great staff, very friendly and easy to talk with. They go out of their way to assist you no matter the request. Nice rooms and excellent customer service. Love the breakfast sandwiches (scrambled eggs, w/cheese, bacon and avacado on a croissant) The pool is great for relaxing, not to mention the spa.

Every person on the hotel staff that I have interacted with has gone out of their way to make my stay special. The rooms are clean, my breakfast tastes great and they play with my 6 month old son. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

Great location. Not too far from Airport. Free parking. Print boarding passes upon check out. Pool and Jacuzzi. Plenty of eating and shopping. Quiet and classy. Breakfast amazing. Would recommend and stay again.

Miss Kittee at the desk was INCREDIBLE.. so friendly and sweet, and after hours in a car, that is important. Room was clean, king bed, very comfortable. Great location with a plethora of restaurants. Awesome stay. Thank-you Courtyard.

It was a great stay. The staff is very professional and treat each guest with the up most respect. Not sure the name of the guest service representative who checked me in but she is truly a great asset to you hotel.

Great customer service and the lady at the front desk was extra sweet she held my sons wheelchair until we were able to get it moved, we were not staying on site and it didn't matter..

Marriott is simply the best

This place is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything is so clean including the pool area and the staff are super friendly & so helpful. I really loved the outdoor seating area with the fire.

Very clean, I really like the configuration of the room I was in. Bed was a little creeky but it slept good. Loved the balcony. I’ll definitely be back

Stayed at this hotel three nights a week for almost 6 whole weeks while I was working in the area. Excellent service, nicest staff I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be staying here whenever I am in the area.

Enjoyed my stay, bed was more comfortable than home, loved the indoor swimming pool, that mall and restaurants were in walking distance.

I had this hotel booked for me. I was traveling from SC. Spacious room very clean ..Great customer service! Hotel staff went above and beyond!

I had a great stay here. Staff was nice and very welcoming. The hotel was about 20 minutes from the beach but right next to tons of shopping and restaurants.

No microwave inside my room, they told me only selected rooms have microwave, my room furniture needs replacement.

This Hotel is nice for the cost. Location is great being this close to all of restaurants and entertainment not to mention the highway. About 15 minutes away from Norfolk or Virginia Beach.

The rooms were very clean and spacious and the beds are the softest I've ever slept on at any hotel. Awesome visit.
