Had such a wonderful experience at Folsom Lake Dodge. Scott was helpful all the way through the process. His teammate Daniel was also super helpful and professional. Daniel didn’t let me leave until my new truck was perfectly clean. You just don’t find service like this anymore. I will absolutely be back again when we are ready to add another truck to the fleet. I drove 3 hours up to Folsom and it was well worth it. Last comment…. We had an issue after I had signed all of the paperwork and they could have not handled it better. They went above and beyond to make sure they made a happy customer out of me! Scott has followed up with me via phone and text to make sure everything was going well. Such a great team!

Folsom Lake Dodge has earned my utmost respect and gratitude. I was having great difficulty in attempting to purchase a vehicle. I tried Roseville, Elk Grove, Vacaville and a few other places and they were all giving me the runaround and trying to make me purchase a vehicle that I didn’t want and then were telling me they couldn’t get me approved. I sent an email to the Internet sales person at Folsom Lake Dodge (Richard) and he began to work on an approval for me. I then drove there to meet him in person while I was on my way to South Lake Tahoe then I met one of the sales managers (Adam) who took my file and got me an approval within 15 minutes. I traded in my car on the spot and drove my new Dodge 2023 GT to Southlake Tahoe. It was seamless and I really love my car that I just had racing stripes put on. Coach was super helpful we texted before I came down and he kept me updated on the very last PURPLE Charger on the lot, sent me personalized videos of the car and answered all my questions with no pressure. When we went down to the dealer he was friendly and helped us get into the best deal possible!! We took advantage of the massive incentives and dealer discounts and are so happy with the new car!! Mike, the finance manager was the GOAT he didn’t pressure or force any upsells he told us the costs the options and helped speed the process up. Well I have to say we bought a truck from Miguel Clemente at Folsom Lake Dodge! I have been using Folsom Lake Dodge since 2006. Over the years the Service Department has gone from great to poor customer service. The most recent experience I had was very pleasant and most importantly I was treated like a valued customer. The check in for my service was outstanding. I met Sean Smith who I remembered from my early days with Folsom Lake Dodge in 2006. So glad he is back and he gave me his card and said to call him anytime with questions or concerns about my 2021 Ram Longhorn that I purchased at Folsom Lake Dodge. Sean then escorted me over to the new Express Service check-in which I did not expect. He introduced me to Calvin Singh who was PRICELESS. He took all my information and got my Ram in the queue for the 15K service.
Lacking in the recent past was keeping the customer updated on the status of my service or repair. I had asked if I could get my Ram back by the early afternoon. He said that should be no problem. O/A 11:30AM he called me to tell me my truck was ready for pick-up. When I got there O/A 2PM I was provided my receipt and keys. Calvin even had my Ram parked near the Express lanes and I was able to walk out and drive away. This is the best experience I have had in several years. Thanks for improving the Customer support experience. Please keep it up.
