Trek Bicycle Folsom

Zero customer service. We purchased two Allant + 9.9s bikes. Mine came with broken parts and missing screws. After multiple attempts to get parts replaced or repaired the only thing received after 7 visits, two paint chips. Never provided a part number of the broken items never received a call from a manager, even went to corporate with the same response nothing. After two years of searching I finally found the missing broken parts and purchased what should have been included on a warranty. We love the bikes but wouldn’t recommend the company to an enemy.

Dan did call. On May 5th I visited his store. A real professional. I’m uncertain why it took so long but after the call and the visit. Dan warrantied a part that is a known failure.

Again, we love the bikes I’m certain Dan will be there to take care of your needs.

What do I love about Folsom Trek Store? #1 - The crew. Everyone at the Folsom store is super nice and friendly. #2 No pressure sales. Buy it if you want it, don't buy it if it is not for you. #3 Financing through Citizens Pay (so simple and easy). #4 30 day guarantee. You regret your purchase? Return it within 30 days if you didn't love it. #5 Shop and Technicians - always willing to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Love their above and beyond meeting expectations position. Very decent people - what else can a customer ask for?

Trek store in Folsom was a very good experience. They had a lot of nice bikes and accessories and the store was very organized and clean. I very much appreciated Daniel who was so kind and patient with us while shopping. He helped answer all of our questions, let my nephew test ride the bikes, was informative of what we were looking at, and helped us get the bike ready and loaded into our car. What a great employee, he exceeded our expectations and I am so thankful for his help. We'll be back!

Customer service is excellent. Really friendly staff that knows their stuff. They let me test out the bike before I bought it and then helped me install the accessories I picked out. They also offered one free tune up and a month’s worth of bike adjustments. I’m very happy with my Checkpoint purchase!

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable about their bikes. They want you to love your bike as much as you do so they make sure to take care of you and help you search for the best bike for your needs!

Knowledgeable sales and service provider for a top name brand. My wife selected the E-bike, Verve+ 3, in a brilliant candy apple red. She’s very happy and of course that makes me happy.

We got a new bike for our daughter for Christmas (she hasn’t gotten it yet!). It showed on the trek website as being in stock, so I hurried over to get it before it sold out again. These guys were amazing!! I am super paranoid about germs, and they had me in and out in no more than 5 minutes, feeling appreciated and well cared for. My parents just picked up the bike last night, since you guys were amazing and stored it for us, and they said you guys were also amazing. Thank you for taking such good care of us. This was out first bike purchase here, but all of our bikes will come from you guys after this. Thank you for helping us to make Christmas super special for our daughter. You guys are the best!

Update: she’s been riding her new bike for nearly a month now and LOVES it! Folsom bike sent her a tshirt in the mail that she loves to sport! Not only did Folsom bike gain us as customers, my parents are now committed to supporting this amazing local business as well. We L❤VE Folsom Bike!

We are return customers to Trek Bicycle Folsom, so it was the first place we looked when our youngest son needed a new bike. The website made it easy to locate the bike we wanted, and very easy to purchase. Our new bike was ready for pick up as requested and promised. We added on a couple of items (new pedals and a bottle cage), and these were installed quickly at the time of pick-up. Everyone is always so friendly at the Folsom store, and it was lovely to chat with Travis while our add-ons were being installed. :)

I am very happy to finally buy my first e-bike from Folsom Bike store. I felt in love with this e-bike when the first time I saw this baby at the Folsom Bike store. I kept circling the store to look for the perfect bike for me. The staff look at me and might be think what was wrong with me to keep circling the store 🤣🤣 Finally I made up my mind to bring this baby home.
Great quality of e-bike with excellent customer services. The e-bike staffs delivered my e-bike to my house and explained to me how to use the bike. They answered all my questions. I recommend anyone to buy the bikes from Folsom Bike store! Very happy customer 😂😍

Couldn't be happier with the service we experienced here from Delaney! Not only did he listen to what my mother and I wanted from our bicycles, but he was able to match us immediately to bikes which caught both our eyes, and explain in rigorous detail how the bikes matched our desires. Not only that, but we were able to take the bikes out for a test ride either in the parking lot, or down the nearby trails, one of which crosses over the American River in front of Folsom Dam! We couldn't purchase the bikes on our visit, but we definitely plan on coming back to make our purchase here when we have the cargo room. Thanks Delaney!

Good Bike Rentals and Store. A week in advance I paid $201.49 to Folsom Bike (Folsom Location) to reserve two bikes for 24 hours: A Trek Emonda SL for me and a Trek Verve +2 Electric for Donna. On 6/12 at 9:30 am we rode a Uber from Sacramento to the bike shop. We arrived a little after 10 a.m., just after the store opened. They have a large selection of Trek bikes, apparel, and equipment. Our bikes were ready as promised and each came with a bike lock and helmet. Store staff helped make sure the bikes fit properly. A ride around the parking lot confirmed the fits were good. Also, they checked to see that the battery on the electric bike was fully charged. The staff offered advice on bike routes too. There is an adjacent café, with a restroom, within the bike store itself. Trail maps of popular bike routes are posted in the café. We rode for several hours along the American Bike Trail, to Old Folsom downtown, and then toward the El Dorado Hills / Salmon Falls Road and still were able to return the bikes by 3:30 p.m. Folsom Bike is in a great location as access to the American Bike Trail is just across the street. It was a good ride and we recommend Folsom Bike for rentals and support.

Brought my bike in for a service had a couple other issues with it. Braden help me out in the service department. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Got my bike back to me within just a few days all at a really good value. If the owner looks at these reviews, Braden in your service department is kind of person I would want working for me.

Ryan was amazing and was patient and took the time to answer my questions. I purchased the bike bit it was not built. They said they will call me in a few days when it was built so I can pick it up. a couple hours later I received a call, the same day, that my bike was built and ready! I was so excited and grateful. Thanks Mike for building the bike the same day and thanks Ryan for your help.

I really appreciate the friendly and positive attitude when I needed service on my Shimano 11-speed internally geared hub. Jenny and Mike were very professional and solved my problem at a very fair price and on time. Great work by the team there at Trek Bike Folsom.

Great experience I’ve ever had at a bike store while purchasing a mtb. Andrew was super cool, he took great care of me, very knowledgeable of the bikes, it wasn’t a quick walk through, he was very attentive and made sure I had everything I need before purchasing my mountain bike. Great store friendly atmosphere 🤟this is definitely my store now.

Met these guys at the Cycle rodeo in Folsom last week so we decided to check out their store. Their employees are very friendly and easy to talk to. Ryan chatted with our young son about bikes and was very patient with his questions and ideas about riding. Defiantly going back when it's time to buy a bike.
