Really enjoyed the visit to Mike’s Bike’s. Didn’t get to meet Mike, but we met Kyle and Angelique who helped us thru the purchase of two fabulous Gazzelle bikes! From explaining the nuances of the bike to letting us venture out on the American River trails to helping us load up the bikes on our new Kuat bike rack. Very service full and supportive. I have been in the store several times and always enjoyed it and will return. PS. We love the Gazelle bikes.

Excellent service, I recommend it to everyone. I came to change the tire, they told me that they would do it today, but when I said that I live far away and was in a hurry, they hurried and installed it in a few minutes. They also helped with the selection of a new tire and inner tube, not expensive. Thank you very much :)

You don’t get the “bike shop” atmosphere like you used to get back in the day, but when I walked into Mike’s Bikes of Folsom I knew this was the shop for me. Very welcoming and friendly. Just a bunch of dudes that share the same love of cycling as you do.

We had the best experience at this bike shop. My son was a little apprehension to try a new bike shop. Folsom Bike shop was our go to for years. Trek purchased the family owned shop shortly after our last bike purchase. So, I didn’t feel disloyal about trying a new shop. Mike’s Bikes was present ar the first day of 678 Clipped In for Life teaching the riders how to go over a check list for bike safety. I wanted to support the bike shop that was supporting the youth in our community. This shop is fantastic. We were able to get the right size, color, model in the shop. There was no waiting, we drove away with a sweet ride to hit the trails with. This was a birthday gift for my son who is turning 12. Tony Brida sold us the bike and accessories. He was great at educating us and engaging my son in the process of customizing the bike with the pedals of his favorite color, etc. Once the bike was sold, he helped us out to the car and taught my son how to take the tire off his bike and load it into the car. He seemed to take joy in being a part of young person’s start to riding. Mike’s Bikes also offers a free weekly class teaching bike maintenance. I am so appreciative of Clipped in for Life and Mike’s Bikes for providing a great foundation for the youth in this sport.

Friendly and knowledgeable - both in service and sales. Great local bike shop with air and place to fill water bottles in preparation (or during) a ride. Happy they are in our community!

I was well taken care of there. I bought my first roadie cushion pants and some miscellaneous tubes. I really appreciate the staff helping me out at this location. A really really good experience. I would shop here again

Just got another great tune up on my Santa Cruz Tall Boy. Casey is awesome and always teaching me how to take care of my bike for a better biking experience! Highly recommended this shop for service and shopping!

I have been going to Mike's Bikes Folsom since they arrived. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have purchased several bikes there and have complete confidence in the shop to maintain them. It's my "go to" bike shop.

Smaller shop than some of the locations I've been to in the bay, but still seemed to have everything you might need. Leo was the employee at the counter and was very helpful. Thanks!

Amazing customer service! I ordered a bike online but it was shipped to the wrong store. They had the same one in the store so they helped me fix the order I was able to take the one they had in the store without any issues.

Amazing experience! Everyone of the staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. Im very happy with my new stumpjumper comp and was so impressed with how Kurt helped me set up my new bike to fit me perfectly! You really get the "mom and pop" experience and help from this shop thank you guys for making my mountain bike dream's come true!

I came in for a botched "dad garage" tire change; where there was rubbing and chain falling off consistently.

I brought it in (maybe before the rush?) And was directed to the tech center. The friendly tech put it up on the rack and tested it for maybe 30 sec and said, "this will be quick". A couple minutes later, the action was smooth and perfect. He popped it off the rack and showed me what to look for next time it happened and how to fix it. I asked what I owed him and he said nothing. 🤯

I will be back FOR SURE!

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. I got my first road bike from here and the process was very smooth, they made a lot of good recommendations and I got a great deal on top of everything. All I need to do now is hot the road and put this awesome bike to use.
