I absolutely LOVE this store the girls in there are so friendly super fricken helpful. And always smiling. If anyone ever needs anything related to mail (or even Avon) don't go to the post office just to deal with the stressed out grumpy workers there.. no no.. go to American postal.. <3

I love coming to this place! In my opinion it's a better experience than USPS. It's always fast, convenient, and the staff does their job with a great attitude.

Convenient hours. Was able to drop off USPS packages with no issue. FYI if dropping off UPS it's $1/package

So long story short my son was in Japan on a mission and had a P.O. box and had to have his stuff sent to him low key because they were out at Sea on a boat... well the lady at American Postal decides she has to write Japan on the postage stamp and I said I don't think that's necessary and even called my ex wife to verify and she still decides to add it anyways so the $190 I spent to ship the package never made it to my son, infact he came back home and the package still hadn't made it to its location so I finally got package back and they never offered a refund and infact when I went to pick it up the same girl that sent it was working and she says I know your not gonna blame this on me and said I had my sister on the phone listening to the whole thing so it's not my fault... I didn't want a fight with her so I just grabbed what was mine and left... SO YES IT WAS YOUR FAULT AND I DO WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

My advice to anyone buying Hempworx products from them to buy directly from Hempworks. I bought a bottle for my pet, I was told by them that if for some reason it didn't help my pet with her pain, I could get a full refund. They refused and said it always helps. Hempworx will honor their policy only if you buy it directly from them plus, these ppl marked up the cost by almost 50%. Hempworx charges $39 and they charge $59. So if I were you, I'd check out the prices from Hempworks directly b4 buying from them.

Tried to charge me to drop off a UPS package that already had a prepaid label on it. I’d rather go to the UPs store.
