I had two visits to the Verizon store over the past month. Josh assisted me both times. He is an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable person who provided exceptional support. He also offered very helpful suggestions, which I had no idea about with my new phone and went over and above to assist me with some settings issues I had and helped me connect my phone to my car during both visits. A great asset to the company!

Josh was incredibly patient and helpful, despite our showing up at 6:20 pm on a Friday evening. He was receptive to our needs and answered all of our questions. He gave us many options, informed us about all available promotions, and ultimately found the plan and devices that suit us best. He truly went above and beyond.

Josh was absolutely amazing! He listened to what I wanted, estimated how long it would take, and then it was actually LESS time and I got the new phone I wanted with everything transferred seamlessly! He was super patient with me as I had to work on my computer on his desk while he did all of the paperwork and transferring of data. I would highly recommend him!

Needed a screen protector put on my phone and didn’t want to do it myself because I would’ve screwed it up. Josh helped me when he didn’t have to and put the screen on my phone. You don’t see too much of that anymore, people going out of their way for you. Really appreciate it.

Ask for Dante! Super helpful, personable and made everything real convenient. Getting a new phone, transferring data from an old one, doing all these things takes a while. Dante didn't just do all this for me, but helped time fly.

Carter Ferguson was the most friendly employee at Verizon.

My iPhone 11 was having issues so I came into the store hoping to resolve it. The 2 salesmen I spoke with clarified the issue easily and ended up assisting me in getting a new phone. Verizon’s benefits are incredible so I couldn’t pass it up. The process was seamless and the employees were all friendly and knowledgeable. I will always rely on this store specifically for any phone needs.

Personable, knowledgable and professional staff that went out of their way for us. We've purchased phones via other Verizon stores in the past. This cute local Barrington store was our best experience. Thank you to Asma, Micheal and Dan for finding us better promotions than Verizon Wireless online. It was a big deal to our family to buy our son his first phone. We appreciate how the whole store helped us make this a wonderful memory for him. We also appreciate how the staff is keeping the store clean and safe during a pandemic. We recently moved here and had our choices of Verizon stores. We feel we made at least 3 new friends in this town.

Wonderful customer service ! Dave and Justin helped me file a claim when I broke my phone in 30 minutes before closing. I recently had a bad experience with a location in my home town and I drove 45 minutes to see Dave because they have the best customer service by far!! Justin was able to set everything up within minutes and was very nice and personable. I felt happy and at ease when I left!!

Ricky was awesome! He is very knowledgeable. He initially helped my husband when he deleted our email. He worked 3 days with my husband and me to get our Verizon accounts straight. He was very professional and showed great patience as he helped two older people, who are not technically savvy, navigate the technical issues we had to face with smart phones. He did all of this gracefully while still maintaining his sense of humor. It is very difficult to find a smart, technically astute young person who displays such patience. We know all too well. We cannot recommend Ricky enough for his strong work ethic and overall talent. Go see Ricky now!

This is in regards to Vinny Edwards who works in the Verizon store Barrington RI He has displayed outstanding customer service I wanted to get a new phone but wanted to save all my pictures that were seemingly lost on my phone Vinny worked with me several times over several days and was able to retrieve them to my new phone (which I purchased) I was overjoyed!!
