Ace Express Coaches Charter Bus

Very skilled driver with lots of experience, for our school field trip to Cave of the Winds! New buses, very comfortable and plush inside (with a bathroom)! Drivers were on time and ready to go. Would use again!

Our experience with Ace Express Coaches from the booking to the final drop-off was a terrific one. With almost 50 middle school and upper elementary students traveling to two different locations in Boulder, we didn't have to worry about the timing, the comfort of the ride, or the professionalism of our driver. In fact, our driver took an interest in one of our tours on recycling and connected with the folks at the recycling center, too. Thank you for a super experience!

We used Ace to rent three busses for transportation our wedding day, March 9th, after hearing positive reviews from our family who previously used them for a wedding. Jill in Sales was wonderful to work with and made the booking and planning process seamless. This was a way easier company to work with than any others and made booking so easy. We also had last minute minor itinerary changes and they were flexible. Ace was cheaper than most other companies as well and all of the busses showed up right on schedule with no issues. 10/10!

We rented a bus with Sara and Ace for our wedding this past weekend. Sara was a great communicator and worked with us as we were not sure how many folks needed transportation at the time of booking. Sara allowed for us to make changes to our contract in a timely manner when we didn't need what we had originally planned for. We had nothing but compliments from guests about the driver and the timeliness of the trips. I will 100% recommend Ace in the future!

The administration & logistics of this office was top-notch, and our driver, Alex, was one of the best drivers we've ever had on our concert tours! Knowledgable, kind, calm, unfazed, and highly capable - I had no concerns with Alex behind the wheel. We were going to get where we needed to go when we needed to get there... and all with professionalism and a smile. I want to to hire Alex to drive me everywhere!! I look forward to using Ace Express again for future trips to the West.

Hosted Training (Denver Metro) for about 30 people and needed a bus for a couple of tours. Ace Express showed up on time, were very flexible and did an outstanding job for our group. We had three different destinations, including a dinner function, before returning to the hotel. John was our driver and he was super personal and very accommodating. I would use Ace Express again!

In September 2022, our organization chartered several buses from Ace Express. Their service and support were terrific. We want to commend a couple of employees, who gave us incredible service! Rudy Hulett - Sales Manager, was terrific in helping us planning our requirements and charters. Rudy helped us through several changes in plans, and got our buses successfully scheduled. Also, we had a terrific driver, Ed Howard, who’s driving skills for our adventures gave us a wonderfully smooth and fun drive through the Colorado mountain sites. We used Ace Express Coaches to take our out of town wedding guests from the hotel downtown to and from Arrowhead Golf Club in Littleton. Once we decided on the size of the charters, the online booking was really easy. Getting closer to the wedding date, we had a few questions and the Sales Manager always responded quickly. We also received an email confirmation of the two charters prior to the wedding along with the names of the drivers. Our out of town guests were really happy they didn't have to drive to the venue and got back to the hotel safely. We had a great experience and would highly recommend Ace Express Coaches.

Jill is so accommodating and easy to work with, and ACE is our top choice when it comes to charters. Their prices are the most reasonable for our budgets, and they respond quickly regarding availability. The buses feel safe and the drivers are skilled and kind. I called many companies looking for a charter for my conference participants to attend some factory tours but everything was booked for a weekend of Phish shows. Ace had some availability and provided a quick web-based quote. Jill, our sales rep, was always responsive in the weeks leading up to the event and even worked with us on an itinerary change shortly before the event. The drivers were nice, courteous, on-time, and highly communicative about their status. I would definitely use them again.

The buses and drivers were fantastic and very professional. The event our Marching Band was performing at ended up being rained out. However, the drivers were great with letting us hang out in the bus while we hoped the rain would stop. It was rowdy and noisy but they didn't seem to mind.

Used them as transportation for our guests to and from the venue. Had a great experience with them leading up to the event and the day of our wedding !

We hired Ace to drive our wedding guests from downtown Denver to our wedding venue in Pine Colorado. Wendy was exceptionally helpful and responsive... even as I made several changes to our schedule along the way. And I'm happy to report, the busses arrived and departed on time, the drivers, Barry and Daniel, were fun and friendly. They even dropped off a wedding gift for my wife and I! From start to finish Ace did a great job and we wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future.

Our ski club has used Ace Express for the last two years and they have been great! The company has been super accommodating to work with our university, as this year we did a trip between two colleges, which made the paper work a bit more complicated. They were patient and vigilant with both schools as different procedures needed to be done. Our experience was great. Both bus drivers communicated with us effectively and were super nice. The buses were clean and were comfortable for our 4 hour drive from Denver Airport to Aspen. The University of Akron and Cleveland State University will continue to use Ace Express for our future trips.
